Good facility and services provided to customer and here all problems and solutions are given on that time when it found .
Service is good. Background music is so irritating, it should be quite or no music. Also demo tv content not so favorable. Please stop playing horror movie as demo. Content.
Good fiance bajaj help desk. medium staff knowledge but worker staff may leads loss if you buy with voucher. Few products to delay delivery done.
Good explanation and excellent response by staff while visiting the show room for purchasing anything. However need to improve in responding the calls enquiring for delivery, installation etc of the product.
This time I had a very bad experience. 1st they didn't deliver on time after too much follow up made a 2 days delayed delivery. Now following up for installation even after 6 days..
It was a wonderful experience, the staff very pleasing & have good knowledge on the concerned products.Their staff in the TV dept was smart enough to satisfy my concern on the latest version of Sony TV. Good Luck for their service
