I visited Croma to purchase a TCL TV The model was already finalized and I directly proceeded with the finance process After approval I was informed that the TV could not be billed without an extended warranty Since I did not want the warranty I decided not to proceed with the purchase and had to cancel the deal

टाटा का नया उपक्रम जो विद्युत यंत्र बेचते हैं। सेवा अच्छी है, उत्पाद भी बहुत सारे है और टाटा का नाम तो है ही। हालांकि छूट कुछ विशेष नहीं है इसलिए मूल्य में कमी नहीं मिलेगी।

Honest review ⚠️ Very bad service If you wish to buy anything you have to wait for 3 hours to complete the payment. Staff does not have any proper information and they are not professional in the way which they supposed to be. Very bad experience in croma

बहुत ही बकवास सर्विस हे AC लिया था 2 हफ़्ते में ख़राब हो गया और 15 दिनों तक परेशान होता रहा कोई सुनने वाला नहीं है 20 लोगो को फ़ोन लगा चुका हूँ पर कोई नहीं सुन रहा

Poor installation service, purchased panasonic washing machines on Saturday. They delivered the product on Sunday morning but till now no one came for installation

गलती हो गई आपकी दुकान पर से हमको टीवी लेकर जीवन में मैं आपकी दुकान पर से कोई भी चीज नहीं लूंगा और मेरे दोस्तों को भी यही क्रोम पर से कुछ भी सामान ना ले आपकी सर्विस इतनी बेकार है आदमी टीवी आज लेट है और 4 दिन बाद डिलीवरी होती है धन्यवाद

Had been here an hour back , on second floor for AC , staff was busy in bunched in group , 20 min there , no one asked for glass of water sake of basic courtesy in such weather , on being asked , reply was not encouraging , the water on insisting was served in steel bottle - opened lid , on being asked about sealed bottle or glass Man appeared with two paper glassses held with fingers dipped I am sure basic antiquates , customer friendly behaviour is order not interrogating glance and who ? Please take note

😒 Pathetic Store And unprofessional Staff.. Ah yes, the Croma AC saga—truly the kind of experience that makes you question your life choices.So, picture this: we thought we were being smart buying the AC in 2023, *and* investing in extended warranty—because obviously, we believed Croma knew what the word “reliable” meant. Silly us. Then the AC decided to start its malfunction journey *precisely one year in*. Timely drama, I must say. And the service technicians? Oh, they’re magicians—every time they fix it, it *magically breaks again*. Honestly, their talent for temporary fixes should be patented. The customer service staff? Such charmers. They hear your complaints with the enthusiasm of someone being forced to listen to elevator music—except the elevator's broken, the music is skipping, and they still blame *you*. Two years later, the AC has officially retired, and now they say we need to pay for repairs? Inspiring! Because nothing screams “extended warranty” quite like paying extra to fix the same recurring issue they never actually solved. Absolute legends. We should send them a thank-you note: “Thanks for the stress, the wasted time, and the chance to practice deep breathing exercises. Highly therapeutic!”
