I purchased an Air Conditioner from your store. At billing, your staff aggressively pushed and *forced me to buy the after Sales Service Plan"* saying it’s “mandatory for installation and warranty”. I paid for it trusting Croma’s brand name. But when I actually needed service, the reality was shocking: 1. *No one picks up calls* at the store — I tried multiple times. 2. *No response on WhatsApp or SMS* shared by your team. 3. *No service visit, no callback*, even after raising complaints. So what exactly did I pay for? If you’re going to force-sell plans and then vanish when customers need help, this is *clear deficiency of service and mis-selling*. Croma is a Tata brand — I expected professionalism, not harassment. You took my money for “peace of mind” but gave me stress and follow-ups instead. *I demand:* 1. Immediate refund of the after sales amount 2. Written apology for the harassment 3. Action against the Bicholi store staff for forced selling Until this is resolved, I will not recommend Croma to anyone. I’m also escalating this to *Tata UniStore Management and Consumer Helpline

Worst croma store and please do not buy croma products they are the worst of all. They sent technician who Don't even know how to there jobs how to install a AC. I bought the AC last month on 17 first all they took 2-3 days for the installation then they don't even came with the proper tools. After not even one month my AC is not working I raised complaint on 13th yet no one shows up they are making excuses continuously. I would never recommend any one to buy croma products. I feel so dumb to purchase it it worth 32k but in my eyes the AC not worth even a penny. If you purchased it already good luck to you.

Highly disappointed with Croma Bicholi Mardana. While selling the AC was easy, the installation support has been a nightmare. It has been impossible to get a technician on the line. Every time I call the store, I get nothing but vague, verbal assurances that it will be done "today or tomorrow," but there is no concrete timeline or actual service. Extremely unprofessional management. I would not recommend this outlet to anyone looking for reliable service.

I recently purchased the Nothing 2A Plus phone from the Croma Store, Bicholi Mardana, Indore, and unfortunately, I received a defective unit. The phone had a scratched camera and a melted side frame, which was extremely disappointing for a brand-new product. Despite reporting the issue, the store refused both a replacement and a refund, which made the experience even more frustrating. I was further disappointed by the lack of clear communication and unprofessional behavior from the staff. I was even given incorrect information regarding their partner service center’s operating hours, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. As a genuine and honest customer, it’s disheartening to go through such a poor experience after trusting a reputed brand like Croma. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before making any purchase from this particular store, as the after-sales support and customer handling have been extremely unsatisfactory in my case.

Worst experience ever , first they denied to deliver to ship at address and also entered address wrongly due to which free installation denied And even after Bill correction installation not done yet. I tried asking two different employees for help, and both just said, “Itne hi jo lage hai,” while pointing me to someone else. Nobody actually took the time to understand what I wanted or explain the different options. It honestly felt like no one was interested in helping. The whole reason I came to the store instead of ordering online was to get some guidance before buying. Instead, I left feeling like I was bothering the staff. I hope the management focuses more on customer service. A little interest, product knowledge, and basic courtesy can make a huge difference.
