Do not buy any electronic items from this store, strictly warning for all.. this store have greedy employees and they add extended warranty, without your knowing and when you see your final bill where insurance amount is also there, they convence you for taking extended warranty even they added this to your final bill as well without your knowledge, I face this issue recently where one of his employee named "choudhary" smartly added extented warranty to my bill and I paid this bill, after paid I shaw a insurance charges of 3109rs whare they failed to inform me why they added this without my knowledge, and after very hectic, stressful and lots of days later they refunded my amount even there employees behaviour is not good, they all are greedy even the manager him self very greedy and failed to solve my problem, they promised me free gift but they didn't give me because I take refund from them now know better what is in there mind all employees of Bicholi croma are too much greedy sales target is the primery motives for them, do not buy from here search any other croma store, Bahut bekar hai croma bicholi.. बहुत बेकार स्टोर है क्रोमा बिचौली, यहां के कर्मचारी बहुत लालची हैं, और बिना आपसे पूछे विस्तारित वारंटी ऐड कर देते हैं फाइनल बिल में और रिफंड देने में नाटक करते हैं, यहां के एक कर्मचारी ने मुझे फाइनल बिल में एक्सटेंडेड वारंटी ऐड कर दे दी बिना मेरे से पूछे इसके बाद मैंने पूछा क्यों ऐड किआ मेरे से बिना पूछे तो मार्केटिंग करने लगे मेरे साथ और धमकी दे रहे तेरा बिल नया बना ना पड़ेगा और पैसे देने होंगे आपको, बहुत बेकार है मैनेजर भी इनका पता नहीं क्यों रख रखा है, कुछ नहीं आता उसको और मेरी समस्या को भी हल नहीं कर पाई, यहां के 2 कर्मचारी जिनका नाम चौधरी था उन लोगो ने मेरे साथ मार्केटिंग की और चुपके से एक्सटेंडेड वारंटी ऐड कर दी, ये लोग फ्रॉड करते हैं क्रोमा के कर्मचारियों और इनका नेचर ऐसा है जैसे एहसान कर रहे हो सामान सेल करके, सारे लोग बिचौली क्रोमा के बेकार हैं, मुझे फ्री गिफ्ट देने का बोल रहे हैं, अब मैंने एक्सटेंडेड वारंटी का रिफंड ले लिया तो खत्म हो गए मेरे से और फ्री गिफ्ट भी नहीं दिया 😂🤣 बहुत बेकार है ये वाला स्टोर यहाँ से सामान मत लेना, कोई और क्रोमा से ले लो, इसमें क्रोमा की गलती नहीं बस इसी स्टोर पर बहुत बेकार कर्मचारी हैं साथ में मैनेजर भी सी है इनका, strictly warning do not buy any goods From here bicholi croma

Recently shifted to Indore, Gone to Buy Washing Machine, Fridge and a TV. While buying the Washing Machine, the attitude of the Salesman was like I have to convence him to sale that particular product to me. I won't recommended. Go to LOTUS instead, Well behaved staff, and they will match the price too

Purchased Faber HOB Cooktop from Croma Vijay Nagar. Product started malfunctioning in just 3 days. Even after 3 complaints and a technician visit, no solution provided. Croma is selling low-quality products with zero accountability. Extremely unprofessional service. Complete waste of money. Avoid Croma.

Very Very Bad Experience For delivery of a Mobile phone they require your precious 1 hour. No one on desk to attend and on floor to attend you

Worst. Worst of all. Made me wait an hour saying the desired product will arrive in an hour. Then said it'll take 1 week. After a week. It got delayed further with no confirm date. They don't pick up calls. Employees leave messages on seen. At this point I'd wait for 1 more day and after that raising the complaint to consumer forum including bank dispute including social media. Just. Pathetic.

Rudest staff ever. The staff makes you wait for 20 mins and then misbehaves with the customers.
