bhicholi mardana ke staff ka behavior thik nahi he, pahle kaha k apka item kal pahuch jayega , fir agle din call karke kahte he ke 8 din lagenge, fir 8 din baad kahte he ke gadi lod nahi ho pa rahi jiske karan or 8 din lagenge, jabki hume urgent us chiz ki zarurat thi, sath hi ek scheem batai jisme 700 rs kuch lekar hume ek saal tak free service ki baat kahi, lekin ab wo salesman phone nahi utha rahe

Worst customer experience. Staff doesn’t come till 1pm.Went there thrice there was no one at Apple counter. Buying a luxury product at such poor customer experience is very frustrating

The store is having good collection of multi brands and comparable products. Staff(Dipesh Sablaniya) is very helpful nd gave us best possible discount and options.

Absolutely disappointing experience at Croma Indore. The store is full of staff, but no one seems to know anything. Every question is met with confusion or vague answers. Basic product knowledge is missing, and if you’re not buying a big-ticket item like a TV or washing machine, their interest in helping you drops to zero. I went in for something simple, and still had to wait endlessly—first to find someone who could assist, then to get a basic invoice made. The billing process is painfully slow and disorganized. If you’re expecting efficiency or even a minimum level of customer service, you’re better off shopping elsewhere. This place is a mess.
