Important Alert to All Buyers I recently purchased a Redmi Note 14 Pro Plus 5G. At the time of purchase, the sales executive clearly claimed that the phone comes with an IP69 rating. However, after checking the official specifications, I found that the phone is actually rated IP68, not IP69. This is a serious case of misleading customers with false information. Such practices are unacceptable and create mistrust among buyers. 👉 My advice: Please double-check all specifications from official sources before purchasing. Do not rely blindly on what sales executives say. Be careful. Stay aware. Don’t get misled!

मैंने croma bicholi स्टोर से croma tata 60 cm chimney से 11/05/25 को purchase की अभी तक install नहीं की गई एवं खरीदते समय sales executive(miss Dipeeka) द्वारा bataya गया कि installation ओर commissioning का कोई चार्ज नहीं लगेगा सिर्फ कोर कटिंग का 600/- लगेगा परंतु अब स्टोर मैनेजर द्वारा कहा जा रहा है कि 1500/- लगेगा मेरे द्वारा customer care पर contact किया गया वहां से भी कोई response नहीं मिला! Bicholi mardana store ke sales staf का बहुत ही घटिया व्यवहार / response है स्टोर मैनेजर से भी chimney install के लिए संपर्क किया

Croma retail has to be the worst in the list of well trusted Tata Companies. No one picks call on the contact numbers on google map listing of any Croma store in Indore, so if you want to check availability of a product before visiting the store, you would be disappointed. I went to their Bicholi Mardana Store in Indore to purchase an Air Conditioner. Firstly,there was no parking as it was encroached by the visitors at GuruKripa restaurant. i had to park on road, no security guard to assist the parking. No one welcomes you at the store, you have to guide yourself, I went to the AC section, where salesman had little knowledge of the product and difference in technology in different brands. They were interested in selling a particular AC brand and when I asked questions related to the brand I wanted to buy the sales guy seemed disinterested and walked away. No staff at this store is interested to close the deal and do sales for their employer. Be it the store manager or the security guard no one was courteous at all. I felt so unwelcomed, that I bought the AC from the nearby local store but not Croma. Untrained and unpolished sales people are the highlight of this store. Never expected such a shoddy customer experience from a Tata brand.

The Croma was literally awesome, their services are very good the employees working their are very polite and respectful, I got my I Phone 12 from Croma, small contribution to Indias legend Shree Ratan Tata Shaab firm.
