I'm very trusted about Tata group but Very Very bad Experience in CROMA Bicholi Mardana branch , I'll entered in Croma and seeing that firstly no security on main gate , security is sitting on the side chair and gossips each other, then I'm telling the staff for buying printer again and again no response by the employees after half an hour no one comes near the printer section and when we are leaving we saw that group of attenders/employee sab log khade khade maje maar re the pr unme se koi bhi customer ko attend nh krne aaya or bolte hai thoda or ruko koi na koi to aa jayga attend krne ye bhut hi vahiyad behaviour tha vaha , esi ummid nh thi ke tata group ke showroom pr esa hoga Very very bad Experience , ab iss wali branch pr jivan me kabhi nhi aana pasand krenge😠😠😡

Worst customer service, I recently bought a television from the store, I visited the store at 2PM and when I returned to finalise the product during evening the attendee claimed that those offers were from yesterday, this itself ruined my mood because either the person was lying or was negligent and gave me false information. The diwali gift that they offer to every customer at any purchase wasn't offered to me. And even after all this it's been 4 days and nobody from the company is coming to install it. Despite my offline visit to complaint about it and plenty emails and calls. Very disappointed and will make sure to do mouth publicity of this bad service and will make sure that this was my last visit to this useless and incompetent branch of croma.
