VERY POOR SERVICES, I WILL SUGGEST GO TO OTHER SHOW ROOM BUT NEVER TO THIS BRANCH, ABSOLUTELY HOPELESS SERVICE AND THE PRODUCT ARE NOT DELIVERED DAYS AFTER PURCHASES TOO, THE STAFF IS LEAST INTERESTED IN PROVIDING SERVICE ONCES THE GOOD ARE SOLD MY AC HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED 4 DAYS AFTER PURCAHSE NOT TO MENTION NAY INSTALLATION DO LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR OTHER OPTIONS

Third class customer service. Regret not visiting lotus instead. It's been four days and these loosers have failed to send a guy for installation. This is what happens when you have such incompetent and dumb people at the base level. I do not suggest croma for any purchasing but instead visit lotus or other stores.

Do not get anything from here. My friend wanted to get a MacBook. They kept her waiting for 5 days, promised her costs and now are refusing it saying stupid things and reasons. Absolutely unprofessional and bad. Go to reliance that's better.
