I went to Croma Bicholi Mardana store. There I was very well informed about the product and the staff (Ashwini Mohbe) is very help full . And if I have to buy something in the future, I will definitely go to Croma Bicholi Mardana.

We got a mobile from Dinesh yadav Croma staff he treated us very well and gave us the best mobile as per our requirement, next time we will purchase from Croma only

Wrost croma to ever exist. The people working here will ask you rate 5 star but wouldn't provide service when needed. We have bought a mixer grinder from this Croma !! And it was of Croma brand, within 6 months its blade had an issue and product was in warranty. We immediately raised concern to the respective store but they were not ready to accept the problem is with their grinder. Technician as promised by the store he should arrive in a day after registering the complaint but no after 3 days he came to visit. Also he was unable to understand the problem, at last we received a message stating your request for the complaint is declined and no action was taken further.

I purchase a LED TV From This Store nd they promised for free delivery nd Installation before purchase But denied after Billing, Very Poor service Such a Scammer they are, Don't Purchase (Strongly Reccommended)

Terrible experience in this store, now twice! The place is brimming with executives who are least interested in explaining about products and more interested in chatting amongst themselves. Executives go to check the price of the products and then disappear along with the information they were supposed to provide us. Absolutely terrible store, only working because of the TATA Brand!
