Bought a laptop at their store. Though the process took some time due to logistical issues, Mohanish was a great help throughout. He was amicable and friendly, helping us through the process and with the payment too.

Worst service Take too much time while billing , also when you return something they give you a credit note of same amount of refund on next shoping , no amount is refund but when you go to get it clear on your next shoping they take too much time. Even after visiting 4-5 times they could not clear our credit note , and now telling it’s expired, no such info was given before about expiry of credit note and no support provided regarding it .

All and all the store is huge and is good. But I was looking for washing machines. I was going for the expensive one but then changed my mind and selected the 15k machine for functionality. The salesperson said they don’t have it in stock and was trying to sell me the scratched show piece saying this was the only piece and I can remove the scratches by rubbing it off ( do not think your customers are that dumb) ? And telling me “it’s either this or buy an expensive one!” Why would I buy something scratched when purchasing new. Ended up walking out the store.
