We are thankful to the hospital staff and their services.My daughter delivered a baby girl .Both mother and baby are healthy.Night and Day whole staff was on toes for their duties very helping ,polite and supportive staff be it nursing staff,helpers or cleaning everything was top notch.Must recommend Pramila hospital and Dr.Smita Singh ,Dr.Chaitanya Singh for Gynogologist and pediatrition . Highly unprofessional and insensitive staff. We are paying premium fees, but the night shift staff and doctors have no sense of responsibility. At 3:00 AM, the staff was asking us to send our child home alone/at night instead of providing care. This is a major safety concern and shows their lack of basic common sense and empathy. The night staff is unresponsive and extremely rude. If you care for your family's safety and mental peace, avoid this hospital at all costs. I am escalating this to the CM Helpline and Health Authorities.

Very disappointing experience. Poor transparency in billing and communication. Our insurance approved a private room, but we were asked to stay in the general ward while private room charges were included. Due to these inconsistencies, we decided not to proceed with the treatment and chose another hospital. Hope they improve their patient care and billing practices.
