If you truly don’t care about your parents’ or partner’s life, then go ahead and take them to this hospital. It is easily one of the worst. Even for simple, routine care, they will push patients into the ICU just to extract more money, with little regard for actual need or safety. It feels like they are playing with people’s lives, driven purely by profit. This is a brutally honest warning. If you value your loved ones at all, stay far away from this place. You might walk in with a healthy person and walk out with a dead one.

Dr. Moon Jain is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. She listens properly and provides good treatment. My concern is not with her, but with the overall hospital management and staff services. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff is very slow and lacks professionalism. Waiting times are unnecessarily long, coordination at the reception is poor, and the behaviour of some staff members is not up to the expected standards. This makes the overall experience quite disappointing. With such a capable doctor leading the hospital, I truly hope the management works on improving staff efficiency and patient handling.

Exellent services and behavior of staff. I admire cleanliness of hospital and propt services by housekeeping. Dr moon jain treatment and behavior is very good. She coperate fully. Nicu services are good. I will definitely recommend this hospital. My daughter and our relatives are very happy

From the very first consultation to the day of delivery, the doctors, nurses, and entire staff were caring, supportive, and highly professional. The hospital was clean, well-maintained, and the overall management was excellent. Recently I have delivered a healthy baby boy at Pramila Hospital and my experience as a first time mom was very special. I did not expect that my delivery would be so smooth and easy going. Moon jain ma’am has made my pregnancy so easy and memorable. I always wanted a normal delivery and moon ma’am made that possible. In the labour room also when all the conditions were moving towards cesarean, moon ma’am made every effort so that I can deliver normally and I had vaginal delivery. The staff and nurses were all very supportive and helpful that my motherhood journey was so effortless because of them. I appreciate all the staff of Pramila Hospital for making my pregnancy journey a memorable one and up to my expectations. Also i took epidural for pain and the decision of taking epidural was the best as I was continuously monitored by Dr. Sumit Khatri for painless delivery and he was present throughout my labour which kept my mind relaxed to push through the labour.
