We had a wonderful delivery experience at this hospital. From admission to discharge, the doctors, nurses, and support staff were extremely caring, patient, and professional. The doctors explained everything clearly and made us feel confident and safe throughout the process. The nursing staff was attentive day and night, and the cleanliness and hygiene were well maintained. Truly grateful for such a smooth and comforting experience during such an important moment of our lives.

Hi, Dr is very good. Nursing Staff is cooperative. Billing and mediclaim dept is the worst.. after decided package many times asked to pay extra charges even full amount is approved.

This is the second time I have dealt with these recurring issues at this hospital. The level of incompetence among the staff is concerning; they seem poorly trained and consistently provide conflicting or dishonest information. ​The facility is severely understaffed, leading to incredibly slow service. For instance, the discharge process alone takes a minimum of 6 hours. I am highly disappointed in the lack of professionalism and efficiency here."

We visited Pramila Hospital, Indore for my sister’s delivery under Dr. Moon Jain ma’am. Overall, it was a good experience. Doctor & Treatment: Dr. Moon Jain ma’am was very good. Her behaviour was polite, calm, and supportive, which really helped during the delivery process. Rooms & Facilities: The hospital offers General Ward, Semi-Private, Private, and Super Deluxe rooms. We opted for a Super Deluxe room, which was quite spacious and comfortable. However, Room 406, though categorized as a private room, was not up to the expected standard. Staff & Cleanliness: The hospital staff was cooperative and well-behaved throughout our stay. Cleanliness was maintained well in rooms and common areas. The hospital generally has a lot of rush, and room availability seems limited at times. Charges: Compared to other hospitals, the charges are nominal and reasonable, especially considering the quality of care provided. Parking (Needs Improvement): Parking is not available within the hospital building. The designated parking area is around 250–300 meters away, and the parking gate closes at 10:00 PM. After that, vehicles cannot be accessed, which also raises concerns about vehicle safety and possible theft. Ratings: Cleanliness: ⭐⭐⭐⭐½ Staff Behaviour: ⭐⭐⭐⭐½ Parking: ⭐⭐⭐ Overall Experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Final Verdict: Except for the parking issue, our experience at Pramila Hospital was positive. Good doctors, supportive staff, reasonable pricing, and decent facilities make it a good choice for maternity care in Indore.

I, Kiran, got operated at Pramila Hospital by Dr. Moon Jain. Even though my case was critical, the operation was performed very successfully and with great care. Their staff and employees also provided excellent support and treatment throughout. For this, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Moon Jain and the entire team.

We had to wait for nearly 2 hours, and this seems to be a recurring issue. Despite calling the OPD multiple times, we were repeatedly told “aa jaiye, aa jaiye,” without any proper indication of the actual waiting time. If there are already many patients in the queue, it would be much more appropriate to provide a realistic time slot instead of asking patients to come immediately. This leads to unnecessary waiting and inconvenience. We are paying for the service, and it is not just about money but also about the value of our time. Being professionals, our time is equally important, and such delays reflect poor time management. Kindly look into this matter and improve the appointment scheduling system to ensure better patient experience.
