RTO Office Indore

Most worst traffic system in Indore, no traffic engineering at traffic light system. For example if you start drive from Shivaji vatika towards dewas naka on AB road, you stop at each traffic light even you drive within 40km/hr. in normal traffic. Indori also not follow traffic rules.

Free Online services are for namesake.they keep sending you back giving various excuses of missing or lack of documents.i was sent back 4 times.the 4th time I went directly to the RTO officer for help.He was very helpful and attested my papers which allowed me to appear for the learner's license.thank you Sir very much.but to others I would like to request to stop hiring agents for these official papers which otherwise you can get either free of cost or for very nominal official charges.i got my learner's license free.but m worried about the final driver's licence now!🙁

Give appointment on rang panchami I went there rto was closed. That was very disappointing. Why they give appointment on holiday.

It built in a very remote place and road access is very bad. Access without personal vehicle is impossible. Also, directioning at location is non-existant, if you don’t use an "Agent", you will be lost. One good thing is that the place is large enough to cater to the masses.

Very slow work, taking a lot of time just for clicking photos.

The new RTO is definitely a better looking building than the previous one. But approach road can be made better since a piece of road is still not constructed. The overall feel is good. You can see that this premises is made as per requirements of the department with testing is done at another building and office work in another building.

After reading all the earlier reviews, I was scared when I was going to this RTO office to get a learners license. But to my amazement the officials were really helpful and it did not take me more than 15 minutes to complete the procedure. I will suggest to reach 15 minutes earlier. PS: I had applied online and had all the required documents and photo copies beforehand. My appointment was on tuesday

The place is quite far from the city and usually have no public transport connection directly. Though through taxi or auto you can reach there. Also with some intermittent changes of city bus. The road near to the office is single lane not in good condition so take that into consideration for the traveling time. The place is also crowded so do take proper care during the COVID situation. The photo copy and other shops are available but around half kilometre from the RTO.

It was just Okay. There was a huge line for driving licence. You have to wait a lot to get your driving licence. The people who give money to agents to get driving licence gets their formalities done a lot easier and faster than one who don't have agents and want to get the driving licence by their own.
