Well the place was actually good pretty clean and also had a big area The nad thing is that its far away from city But there's a +point to that The place is in a pretty clean environment Nearby hills provide some fresh air😉👌🏻

Poor road and surroundings, we got online appointment and reached RTO office, but then got to know it's a holiday and RTO is closed. No communication was sent and now we'll have to take another appointment and the earliest available one is 10 days away. Also, while taking appointment online, if you leave certain non-mandatory fields blank, they assign bizarre defaults. For e.g. if you leave gender blank, the portal shows N/A throughout but marks as 'transgender' while printing the form. Poor service and experience throughout.

Approching road is worst, Online appointment is good but even after that i have to go to agent for some photo copies and forms at high rates due to monopoly. Agent gave me medical certificate in 100/- even it was not required because of only address change in driving license will be done. But i have to pay extra 125 Rs. on forms and photocopies etc + time taking procedure, even though i have already uploaded online. Finally i get all these and went to counter where photo & fingerprint taken and collected all my documents, but no receipt given to me for license collection. After that no sms and no information provided about when to collect license. On reaching after a month, I asked on "May i help u" counter about where to collect license, he told me to go second building which is far from the 1st building, i went their asked, they said first you go to 1st building and "find out your license no." then i will give you license. Now i again went to first building and got "license no.". Now again i went to first building with license no. they searched not found then told me to go to another room (and yes no numbers, name or department written on any room in this 2nd building's first floor.) Now i went to another room, 3 fans + 2 tubelights are on but no one is inside, i had to wait on my foot because there is only 1 bench thier which was already filled with too much of office documents. after waiting for 15 min i asked someone in nearby office, they told me to call the person the no. may be written on any one of the paper pasted on door, outof 7 papers i found the person mobile no. and called him told i am waiting for you from 15 mins he said wait for 10 more mins i am coming. Good thing is that after 10 min the person came and given me my "new driving license". yippee 👍 One more scene : No parking board everywhere and 100s of two wheelers parked under no parking board. Plz show me the parking board also, where i can legally park my vehicle. Thank u for reading.

Driving license ghar samay se nhi phuchate fir compliant krne pr bulakar jab tk applicant complaint close na kre tb tk dete nahi hai, forcefully complaint close karwai jati hai jabki use baad me bhi kiya ja skta hai, aur cm helpline ka no. Aasani se nhi lagta, behtar hoga ki licence jese kaam. Ke liye dewas RTO pr jaya jaye.

This is a government institution, the overall upkeep is so bad that I wouldn't expect it to be visited unless very necessary. Hope MP govt can plan a visit to the area and install some basic necessities and improve the establishments surroundings.

Dear Sir, Please give me details of my registration card with docket no below mention, because i don't have received right now at home address!....

Waiting time is quite long , they have to make more tracks to reduce waiting period. And no basic amenities like waiting area , drinking water etc. And when they are providing slots for test drive then why they are allowing all to enter in this Covid situation , due to which there is lot of crowd.

Approach road itself is a true test of good driving skills.Parking is not systematic and lots of puddles of water.May be pandemic is reason but we expect better service in a clean city .Now we must aim for a city where life is easy too.

Staff is really cooperative. You can get the job done on your own. No need to visit any agent at all. Just ask a form/file seller outside RTO office, he will get your documentation (forms, xerox, file) done with very nominal charges and will guide you what to do next. Rest is nothing, you just have to carry that file to the appropriate window with the guidance from helpdesk located at ground floor. People need to change their perception.
