RTO Office Indore

RTO office Indore is situated in outskirts of city. Connectivity is the biggest issue, ola /Uber drivers charge extra to come there apart from the estimated charges. No rishaw which are already standing there ready to commute. I would suggest if you go with your own vehicle. Other facilities like photocopy, scanning, passport size photo etc are available outside the premises just in front of it . Passport size photo you will get within 10 minutes in reasonable price.

No public transportation available after pakda naka, after that only auto available but very costly. And for return many time to need more and more time for wait for auto service if you not know uses of ola uber app. So better option is come here with your private vehicle.

In my opinion it is one of the best RTOs I have ever been. The service is fast and the help desk here is actually helpful. I have got my license from here and also later updated my license to an LMV. BEST RTO EVER👍 PS: No corruption at all. Just beware of so called "agents". They charge a lot to get your work done which is really not required as everything is easy and smooth. Just do it yourself.

Approach road condition needs to be improved. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Approach road to toilet is very bad. Needs to be improved immediately. Disposal of rain water needs to be done around the premises.

It is very far away from main city.. But it is well maintained and before going you have to do prior appointment and reference of someone so that your work get easily done

RTO Building is huge and spacious. Work done on speedy time and as per schedule on time. Approach road is very bad and almost no road. Its built deep inside from by pass reaching there is through narrow road and crowded area. RTO can atleast spend on constructing good road leading to RTO. COVID protocol not being followed. People were not wearing mask. No sentiment was kept near finger marks machine. Machine was not being sensitized and one after other person was using it.

Too crowded office with lots of waiting time. Agents are present who can make your license without any tests required. Full of Corruption taking place. Very dirty Drinking Water place and toilets. Located very much inside.

Full of Corruption and Scam. Their system made in such a way, that you have to depend on Agents/middle-men even for small work. If you try to meet RTO OFFICER his peon/clerk will stop you at the Gate and repeat the script that he is very busy in some sort of meetings, come another day. {1st day is wasted } And next day when you dare to meet him again, to your surprise his peon will now give you shocking reply that Sahab is on LEAVE! {2nd day also wasted, no guarantee for further} Alternative- give heavy Ransome to these RTO Agents your work will be get done in single day. {Your precious time is now saved because your Agents paid bribe to these RTO officials on behalf of you}

I had my appointment for applying Duplicate License at 11.00 am on Friday and I got free in only 6 minutes. (All docs in Place) The official also educated me that if I enclose self Addressed envelope the DL shall reach at my home. Hats Off to the State Government and it’s officials. The problem is of local conveyance ... I could not find Ola or Uber Cab to tide back home ... so better take ur own vehicle or keep the car waiting.

Quite convenient place to be. The kind of RTOs I've been knowing until I visited this place were old, dirty, clumsy, messed up and had arrogant, nonchalant and good for nothing so called officers who couldn't do things themselves and had let brokers take away the entire process for which we had to pay 3 or 4 times the price. I'm glad to see fair practice, quick response, humble staff and helpful people. By far the best RTO I've come across.
