RTO Office Indore

The road to reach the office is very bad. You have to go a very long way to reach it. The road for the most time is okay but at the ending is a nightmare. If you have a test, it's better to reach early as there is a very long line for waiting especially for the make candidates. It's relatively short for the females.

It is very far from indore city. Remeber if you are going either go by your own vehicle or auto with wait charges.you will not find many auto waiting there. So arrange your visit accordingly. Poor road condition towards RTO and in rainy season it will very difficult as some part of road is not concrete. All works are online and can be check using mp transport portal.

It is located in a remote place where reaching by car is relatively tough. Besides this, they are not working on second and third saturdays. It is not advisable for females to visit alone, to that place, in odd working hours, because of its remote location and nearby areas. As of now that place need to get developed, as it is scarcely populated. It was not a very pleasant experience to visit it on a Saturday.

It is very very far away from city. And the roads are very bad. There was a pool of mud which we had to cross before the main entrance where our car even got stuck. And the road was so narrow that only one car was able to go from one side at a time. Had a very bad experience going there. The government should change its place and it should be in the centre of the city so that it is feasible for everyone to come or they can atleast make proper cemented roads.

never ever pay to someone other than the employees , i am talking about the workers you may ask you to pay the fee for the documentation , if you have already paid for the service on the site . one of the worker there scammed me when i reached out to him for help he let me to the right person but then charged fee for my documents updation which i have already paid before i too had receipt i argued with him about this but it denied to do my work. i dont know whether the employees do know about this person. Please get proper assistance, crosscheck you doubts with the staff and online rto portal . specifically i am talking about the learner license service where i have paid the amount long ago but i still need to visit the rto to submit my application form there is no fee to do so , so better ask someone from staff rather than trusting a co worker there..... i just want people to know about this......

System is more or less like earlier. It is time consuming here, get a leave if you want to come here for any of your work. It miss placed my driving licence and I had to work hard and wait for days to get it. Few years back there was a news that the supreme incharge here had no clue that his staff come after half passed day. It would be really really hard for anyone to get the work done here without external "help". It is still unprofessional The website is also not user friendly and most of the time it doesn't even work.

Fantastic Experience. Timing of the RTO is 12:00 Noon. Neat, Clean, Corruption Free, No Frills Services. If your documentation is complete, or if you have done the procedures online, the office completes their duties timely. Got my license renewed, and it was super smooth. Sonu Bhaiyya at Counter 23-24, was the best, very humble and fast.
