They cannot even take measurements properly. Recently purchased wallpaper from the shop, they send a guy for measurement and informed the I will get it pasted within 3-4 days. The pasting guy started pasting and in the middle of job informed that one roll is short. When informed this to shop owner, instead of rectification he says it because of our instructions that the roll fell short. Pathetic services 👎🏿
Very unprofessional attitude. Premium pricing but poor quality and service. For a simple mattress cover, it took them a week and 3 rounds of visit. Yet, the final cover delivered was of wrong size. They can't take proper measurement. Not recommended at all. Edit : Very poor quality stitching. Low quality lattha fabric. Bad fitting even after telling them mattress size 3 times very specifically. Attaching pics for proof. Buy from them only if you want headache complimentary. PS : They charge much more (~20% premium) compared to others in market.
