Domigo has been my dogs’ home away from home for the last 5–6 years — although I’m fairly certain my dogs consider it their personal holiday resort. 😂 I’m Pallavi, and over the years I’ve trusted Domigo with quite a few members of my very demanding four-legged family. Through regular stays, emergencies, work travel and some genuinely difficult moments in our lives, Akshay, Shristi and the entire Domigo team have always been incredibly helpful, considerate and dependable. And trust me, my dogs have made them earn this review! Pixie is possibly one of the pickiest eaters known to mankind. She also spent nearly TWO YEARS going to Domigo while successfully avoiding letting the staff touch her. 😂 She is a princess at home and, naturally, has managed to secure the same princess treatment at Domigo. I actually get personal updates telling me that Her Highness has finished her bowl of boiled chicken and paneer. The fact that they understand her personality and have patiently allowed her to become comfortable at her own pace means a lot to me. Then there is Bella. Bella is a rescue whose one hind leg is shorter because of a femur operation she had as a puppy. You would imagine this might limit her athletic ambitions. Apparently, Bella disagrees. She once decided that kennel fences were merely a suggestion and had the Domigo team running around after her because she was JUMPING them. 😂 Who would believe that she would be the escape artist of the family? And now we have Hulk, who is still a puppy and has adapted remarkably well to Domigo. He is also, lovingly speaking, a little bit of a jerk. 😂 In practically every video update they send, Hulk seems determined to hound all the attention for himself. Clearly, he has figured out how things work there very quickly. But beyond all these funny stories, there is a much more important reason why I continue to trust Domigo. They genuinely care. When I lost my Pogo, members of the Domigo team personally messaged me with their condolences. That stayed with me. It reminded me that to them, these are not simply dogs occupying kennels — they know them, remember them and become attached to them too. There have also been difficult situations in our family when I have literally called them desperately and said, “I need to send the dogs.” No elaborate planning, no advance arrangements. Their response was simply to help. They arranged the pickup, reassured me that they would take care of everything, and once things had settled at home, they arranged to bring my dogs back as well. That kind of support is priceless when life suddenly becomes overwhelming. One thing I would tell other pet parents is that we have a responsibility too. Give the Domigo team complete and accurate information about your pet — their habits, food, medicines, supplements, temperament and any special requirements. Once they know what your dog needs, they make a genuine effort to follow it. For my dogs, Domigo has also been a wonderful place to socialise with other dogs, get activity and training, and become comfortable outside their home environment. I know some people may initially feel that Domigo is expensive. But having used their services for years, I think it is worth actually breaking down the cost and looking at their packages before deciding. For me, the bigger value is the peace of mind it gives me. My work requires me to travel, and knowing that I have a place where my dogs are known and cared for means I don’t have to constantly worry about who will look after them or place the entire responsibility of multiple dogs on another family member. After 5–6 years, Pixie, Bella, Hulk — and my beloved Pogo — have all had their own relationship with Domigo. And despite the picky eating, hiding, fence jumping and attention seeking, they keep welcoming my crazy family back. ❤️🐾 For that, I will always be thankful to Akshay, Shristi and the entire Domigo team. We shifted from Mumbai to Indore and were searching for a good hostel for 5 years old GSD Shadow. We came across DOMIGO and as it was near to our place, decided to give it a try. Shadow was placed for one day trial (they provide two days free trial) and he was happy with the DOMIGO staff, so we kept him there for 12 days during our Diwali outing. During his stay we got full updates and Shadow looked happy and healthy. They took good care of my boy when he got some infection. Now Shadow is again with me and missing the place and friends from DOMIGO. I would recommend DOMIGO for every one and yes it's budget friendly too.

I’ve sent my dog to this daycare twice, and both experiences have been wonderful. The staff are caring, friendly, and clearly love animals. They kept my dog comfortable, engaged, and well looked after. It gave me peace of mind knowing my pet was in such good hands. We left our Golden Retriever, Sunshine, at Domigo yesterday for the first time, and honestly, the experience was wonderful. Like any pet parents, we were initially a little apprehensive, but the moment we met Ms. Shrishti, our worries started melting away. She was extremely humble, caring, and genuinely affectionate towards Sunshine. We stayed there for some time while Sunshine settled in, and it was very reassuring to see the love and attention given not only to Sunshine but to all the dogs there. Ms. Shrishti also created a WhatsApp group with my wife and kept sharing regular photos and videos throughout the day, which meant a lot to us. By evening, Sunshine had comfortably started playing with the other dogs though Sunshine is still only a 6 months old puppy, and when we came to pick him up around 7:30 p.m., he looked happy, relaxed, and well cared for. That itself says everything! A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Shrishti and the entire Domigo team for such a professional, trustworthy, and genuinely caring service. We highly recommend Domigo to anyone looking for a safe and loving place for their pets. Sunshine surely made some new friends there 🐶✨

We boarded our dogs at Domigo for 3 days and the experience was amazing. Staff treated them like family, sent daily photo updates, and kept the place super clean. They came back happy, healthy, and well-fed. Highly recommend for pet parents, one of the best hostel for dogs in Indore!

Had a very nice experience visiting Domigo with my furry pet, Cash. He absolutely loves swimming there! The people around him were so lovely, and the staff was very supportive and friendly. It was a wonderful experience overall.

I had a wonderful experience with this dog hostel(Domigo)! I left my dog Joy there for one day and one night, and I couldn’t be happier with how well he was cared for. He was happy, active, and got along so well with the other dogs, which really reassured me. The team made sure he was well-fed, engaged in activities, and truly comfortable throughout his stay. I especially appreciated the regular updates, photos, and videos—they gave me complete peace of mind knowing he was safe and enjoying himself.
