This is very nice and its really cool to be in the GYM working out with friends , the trainers are very accommodating & very passionate about every step of exercise, and give proper advice PRE & POST Workout! and the most significant thing among all considered good Hygiene. :)

Extremely disappointing experience. The gym lacks basic professionalism, proper trainer guidance, and member support. Despite paying full fees, the service quality is far below acceptable standards. Management seriously needs to review their operations and take accountability.

The fitness center is a new concept for Indore or we can say Central India, where the members are having privilege to workout anytime they want without any kind of hinderance. All the members are alloted with a sensor key, through which they may open the gate when they need to enter for workout. The hygiene of this center is superb. The environment to workout is excellent. Just a con that I was able to notice is lack of machines for all body parts. Many of the machines are lacking. Though adjustment can be done but than not as per international standards. The official staff here is courteous. Many Personal Trainers are money minded. They would not like to help you if you have not paid for their PT. The PT in this gym seems to be so expensive and trainers lack in proper theoretical and practical knowledge of physiology. Being money minded they don't adopt the policy of one time one person training, which is the zest of any personal training in a gym. General Trainers are good. I would highly recommend the name of Gaurav Lokre a General Trainer, who never sleeps in his night duty. Always punctual of time and disciplined to be all set on the floor. One may always find him available on the floor for any kind of guidance or help. Appreciate the knowledge of Mr. Vipin (PT) in cross training and Mr. Manmohan Toor (PT) in Strength training. The owner/partner Mr. Ramesh is very kind and co-operative. He takes care of request and demands made to him. Appreciate.

Gym is really good. It is close to my office as well. The gym has top notch hygiene and ambience is also really. You can go for your workout anytime as it open 24*7. The trainers are really good and professional. I have been taking my personal training from Avinash Sir. He is really good in fat loss training and provide food eating tips.

I joined this gym in August 2025, but have only been able to attend for about 3–4 months in total due to the consistently uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. The space feels non-inclusive, and the trainers are largely unapproachable. Most of the time, they are busy gossiping among themselves rather than assisting members on the floor—especially those who are not enrolled in personal training. Perhaps my expectations are higher, having experienced gyms like Gold's Gym, where floor trainers actively engage with and support members. That level of professionalism and inclusivity is something every gym should aim for. Additionally, despite taking out 25–30 minutes recently to provide detailed feedback to the management, there has been no formal acknowledgment of the concerns raised, nor any visible effort to improve the situation. Even today, when I am writing this review, not a single trainer on the floor to assist or help. I keep looking for someone to support but couldn’t spot anyone. Highly disappointing. I have attached a video as well. Overall, the service is highly unsatisfactory, and the experience has been disappointing. I have emailed my experience to this membershipexperience mail as well.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the highly unprofessional conduct and behavior of your trainer, Mr. Paresh Hirlekar. I enrolled in your gym approximately 20 days ago by purchasing a one-year membership, expecting a professional training environment and quality service. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing due to the repeated misconduct and negligence of the above-mentioned trainer. The issues I have personally experienced are as follows: - Mr. Paresh Hirlekar frequently creates misunderstandings and unnecessary conflicts between gym members, resulting in an uncomfortable atmosphere. - On one occasion, he switched off the music system without informing anyone. When questioned, he stated that he had a headache. If he was genuinely unwell and unable to perform his duties, he should have reported sick or taken leave instead of negatively affecting members' workout experience. I have video evidence of this incident. - He spends an unreasonable amount of time turning the air conditioner on and off. Even if a member steps away from a particular area for just a couple of minutes, he switches off the AC, forcing members to repeatedly request that it be turned back on. This constant interruption creates unnecessary inconvenience. - His communication is highly unprofessional. At one point, he advised members not to use the gym's stationary cycling equipment and instead ride a bicycle on the road. Such statements raise serious concerns regarding his professional knowledge and suitability as a fitness trainer. - Most importantly, I have a pre-existing back issue, which was disclosed. Despite this, he has never supervised my exercise form, corrected my posture, or ensured that I perform exercises safely. This negligence could have resulted in a serious injury. A trainer's foremost responsibility is to ensure the safety of gym members during workouts. I have attended the gym consistently for the past 20 days, missing only one scheduled recovery day per week. Therefore, my complaint is based on continuous personal experience and not on isolated incidents. I possess evidence, including videos, to substantiate every allegation made in this email. The conduct of this trainer has caused me unnecessary stress and has significantly affected my overall gym experience. As a paying customer with a yearly membership, I am entitled to receive professional training, a safe workout environment, and respectful treatment. I request that the management immediately investigate this matter and take appropriate corrective action. If no satisfactory action is taken and this behavior continues, I will have no option but to approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (Consumer Forum) and seek a 100% refund of my membership fee, along witotherh any remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws for deficiency in service. I expect a written response and appropriate resolution at the earliest. Yours faithfully, Himanshu Kailash Jaiswal Customer ID : 3330775 (Biled to)
