Yoga Shout

It was an excellent journey with trained yoga teachers.I have learnt the basics of yoga ,which is helping me to serve the society for uplifting their mental and physical health.Now I am practising it with family and friends.

Very Detailed guidance provided by teachers, supportive staff , i was feeling depressed and then my colleague suggested me to join yoga sessions and presently i am feeling more positive and focused toward my daily work , energy levels are also increased incredibly Thanks Yoga Shout
