Disappointed with the services. The AC was not working properly. At the last seats( L1 to L5 ) they are not cleaned properly. Even the curtains smell like someone had puked on it. and I was shocked when I didn't found the glass ,instead of it there was a thin fibre sheet.the bus takes too much time to reach the destination.i hope you will work on this. You really need to maintain the standard.

Indore office par hair belt laga kar ek ladka betha rakha hai vo customer se misbehave karta rahta hai extra payment ki demand karta hai agar nahi do to maal todne ki dhamki deta hai . please take action otherwise I will inform to police and consumer forum also.

They don't start the AC untill you request for it. Then switched off after sometime keeping passengers suffocating and getting troubled in heat. No one picked up the mobile when contacted Charging points also don't work Travel in a non AC bus instead of this bus

They are not provide correct update as I HV booked bus from khandwa to Indore . wrong pickup point updated on ticket as well site even there is no any Nafees travels office which one is updated on site in khandwa.they said office location has changed but why u r not updated on site and ticket .if someone is outsider thn location search is difficult kindly correct ur service as well as site,ur conductor said go to office for pickup I went old office but no one was there when I received call from pickup that time came to know office address is changed.kindly correct ur service it's too difficult to roming here & there with lot of luggage.

Buses lacks maintenance on Indore-Khandwa route, All buses are in pathetic condition, roads are also poor, but if company maintain bus conditions properly then the journey will be less painful.

No difference between local buses and chartered bus, never on time, no maintenance of buses, no cleanliness and sanitization. Negative Quality, Professionalism, Value

Third class.. No maintenance at all. Passengers ko pareshan karne ke liye chala rahe hai ye bus. Pack bus me bannd AC me safar karna padta hai. Pathetic service at the cost of 250/- Rs. 4 hours ki jagah 5-5:30 hours laga rahi hai bus. Many passengers go through this many times but AICTSL and Nafees Travels don't want to consider and accept this at all. AC bus mein koi aur competitor nahi hai isliye manmaani chal rahi hai. WORST EXPERIENCE.( Khandwa to Indore)

Don’t trust these people, they are totally corrupt. Charges for AC service but buses are totally gone, AC not working. Today while writing, still in Indore at 6:50 am in 6:00 am bus. AC was not working and they called mechanics to fix it after drifts with passengers. Not worth waking up early for such a useless people and in bus in just waiting....😣

I'm so displeased with my self to select this travels for going to burhanpur and returning back to indore. Atleast I should've read a few reviews. I just experienced what all was written here. The staff was very rude and I'll mannered, the driver stopping the bus anywhere he wants for any amount of time without carring about the duty or passengers being comfortable or no. While on the return trip this thing became disastrous that he didn't wait for the passanger on the stop, he was late by 2 mins and was requesting but he was turned down. Other passengers requesting were also turned down instead were warned to be pulled down from the bus. All this apart from the poor condition of the bus made me sick for 2 days after i returned from the journey.

Great travel experience. Frequent buses ensures availability of tickets almost till the last moment however for weekend travel do book your tickets in advance. Parcel service is also available. No rash driving. Pickup and drop quite punctual. Enjoyed the travel time everytime. Hotels at which the buses halt are also decent enough.
