Service is ridiculous in every aspect 1) Low suspension, the bus is not volvo or not even of any recognised brand. Its utterly local. 2) Stinky bus with dirty seats. God knows when they last cleaned the bus. 3)Rude staff They didn't keep the luggage of many passengers in the cabin rather they preferred carrying courier boxes that made them extra bucks. We were told to manage our bags ourselves. 4) During the stop for snacks they purposely switched off the AC that made it impossible for us to sit inside the bus ( motive was implicit). We had to move out.

AC operation: The bus is packed completely and same stale internal air is cooled and circulated. There is no inlet of fresh air from outside being cooled and supplied. Problem: It started causing headache because if SUFFOCATION.

The worst bus condition I have ever seen... The seats are falling back on their own... U would hear all kind of crackling sounds.... The bus would stop n pick up people throughout the way till it gets full. No complaint register in the bus. They have a TV but it doesn't work. It was a nightmare travelling in their bus. If you value your life never go in any of these buses.... Most rash n dangerous driving... Full on bumpy ride! These people do not value our lives and probably do ZERO maintenance in their vehicles! In the picture you can see clearly the seat tied with a string... Their conductor says they don't do any maintenance even after saying hundred times... Total cheats n frauds!!!! Be very cautious about ur life n do not travel in their bus..

Worst bus experience. 😠😠 We are travelling from indore to khandwa Suddenly 1 of the bus window broken. Floor of bus was broken. Unsafe for the passengers Ac was nonfunctional..

Kabhi ac nhi chal rha kabhi engine me problem roj koi na koi bus end moment par cancel hoti h..or agar bus chal bhi di to raste me band ho jati hai.. pathetic service..no maintenance of buses sirf logo se pese lo kha k Beth jao

We are traveling Indore to Burhanpur by Nefees travel.AC is not working. Feeling safosticatet in the bus water is coming from AC .Sits are wet.custmor care is not responding.I have booked 3tickets .I want my money back.windows are closed AC not working.We are all not able to sit in the bus.help us please.

The worst service and terrible response by staff, they take about 5-6 hours to reach Khandwa from Indore where as they promise 3 and half hrs while booking. As I was getting late to catch train I insisted him to stop vehicle so that I can get down and take some other bus or auto but they didn't bother and never opened gate till the last stop. AC is just for name shake you will feel like sitting in a boiler. TRY FO AVOID NAFEES TRAVELS. 🙏

Worst experience ever. Rude staff, bus in very poor condition. Seats are very uncomfortable. Even AC doesn't work at all.. in my opinion local buses are more better and economical than this bus.. Book seats on your own risk

It used to be good sometime back. They have stopped maintenance of their buses. Buses get cancelled according to drivers mood or if passengers are not enough. This creates a lot of trouble. They usually indore to burhanpur within 5 hours (it used to be 4, when roads were good). They stop at Gopal midway, Omkareshwar.
