nafees travels

I have travelled from Khandwa to Indore and vice-versa through Nafees Travels’s AC Buses. The Buses are though maintained well still have a chance of upgrading themselves. The movies they play during the journey are often watched and years old. Yes, they halt at one stop for timely break but the halting stoppage isn’t that good. If you are travelling on the Indore Khandwa route it is recommended to choose Nafees Travels than the local Bus operators.

The buses are not well serviced and take long to reach the destination. You can reach with local bus early than this and also the ac inside the buses frequently gets failed. The only advantage is that it is not overcrowded like the local buses.

Worst ever experience for indore to khandwa. They will charge u for tha AC bus but in bus only bolwer works. Behavior of driver and conductor is even more worst. They say abusive words.

Nafees buses are very bad conditions, they are closed any time on the way, almost ac is not working during 80% journey time. His bus staffs which is running with bus are very very rudh (Like Mad). I'm strongly recommended avoid to journey with Nafees travels.

Worst experience ever, bus left bus station one and a half hour late, pathetically rude staff, no one is taking responsibility for bus being late and answering the passengers who were waiting to reach their destinations. No idea what will some one do if their is any emergency and this bus is the only option.

No suspension, or shock absorption, the bus was shaking like it would dismantle at any time, Acs were not working at all, causing suffocation and nausea. Also the rest stop was very bad

The only good thing of booking tickets online with Nafees travel is that when you book ladies ticket, the next seat will be reserved for ladies only.. Apart from this bus never arrived on time from khandwa, (as I am traveling in every 15 days) seats are old enough to change, buses can go down anytime, as they quite old to run on road.

AC of the buses were not working properly. And in the hot summers of may and June if you are paying for AC Bus and you are not getting the same then it is of no use to invest money with nafees travels. And if you complain driver and conductor of the bus then they will also not help you. As nafees travel is the only option for Indore - Khandwa that's why people are using otherwise no one will prefer nafees atlest I will not.

Buses are in worse condition. They didn't clean it since they bought the buses. Black dirt kept falling on me..hands got all black while touching the AC vents.
