Worst experience, worst Bus, khatara Bus.. Delayed.. No preventive check.. Ghatiya... Not recomended... 6 AM departure from Indore, departed 7.20 AM. Worst service

Worst travel experience i have faced ever,saying they have AC bus,but AC wont work.Attaching a pic where passengers stopped the bus for AC issue in middle of the Khandwa-Indore route

According to road condition i know bus cant be maintain in a good level, so i hope when road complete Nafees service will be fine.

I have traveling form Burhanpur to Indore but the Burhanpur nafees office staff was very Rude behaviour today i am book my seat at 10 am but my seat is E1 and staff was changed and say your seat is E4

The most pathetic bus service you will ever see, won't even bother to pick you up from pickup point, none of their phones work. You just can't imagine how pathetic they are, they should stop the service immediately.

Very bad service from khandwa to indore on 6 may . Driver off AC many times.raisedriving and accident with motorcycle .very bad driving and very poor condition of bus

The new bad experiance , they are transfering the passangers of two bus between the journey and when i asked the driver what happned then he told me the another bus needs service , the driver itself says that ki buses katham ho gai h ......

Services for Indore to khandwa & burhanpur needs to improvement in buses.last time when I travelled 2 buses were gone faulty AC was not working in April month hot summer season.

Very very very ghatiya service for parcel transport....i send medicine from indore to sanawad which is very expensive medicine around 12000rs for 1 injection and that should be placed only in ice box and we asked them before handing over to them that is it reach in 5 hrs they assured us but they did not send it on time even they did not bother about it..infact after 5 hrs when i called them for asking about delivery firstly they did not picking up the call and after 10-20 trial they picks up the call and said ohh sorry sir shayd bhul gye hum parcel abi yhi h what rubbish is this

worst service for parcel....i send a medicine parcel which is very costly around 12000rs and they didn't concern about that and they did not send it on time instead they even not bother about this infact before handing over them i clearly mentioned that this parcel should reach in 5-6 hrs because it is placed in ice and icing can be remains upto 7-8 hrs only but still they did not send it and simply says mam shayd bhul gye dhyan nh rha
