nafees travels

Worst bus service. I'm traveling from khandwa to indore. It's running only because of the monopoly on this route. - Seats broken - Uneasy smell - Unhygienic - Broken floor - Water leakage - Bad staff behaviour - Unclean floors, seats and curtains. - You can see flies flying in the bus, and what not. Unless and until if not important than I highly recommend to not opt this bus to travel. And, the ticket price they charge is Rs.250/- per passenger. Look at the pictures attached and then make any judgement.

Worst seats and bus service. I travel from Indore to Khandwa and vice versa. Seats are uncomfortable and very very dirty. They charge a lot for the tickets but they don't provide clean bus seats and bus. Bus curtains have not been cleaned since ages. Windows have a thick layer of dust and that too from inside. They don't turn the AC on they and let the passenger suffer from suffocation. They don't even provide tags for the bags. Why do they charge so much when they can't keep up with the standards.

In starting bus is good, but now bus conditions are not good in the ghat sections they turn off the ac or if there is any block on the indore khandwa route, which make it the worst services. Almost busses seats are not comfortable. Even though they did not clean the bus, seats are dusty. Website not properly running.

Ac is not working . Told bus staff but to reaction and no respond .. called his customer care number but revert and no responce... really pathetic service by Nafees... rating should be (-5)

Indore - Burhanpur Unfortunately we can't give negative Stars here on the review. Very poor bus service, half of the setas recline back automatically that you might just go ahead and sit in the person's lap sitting behind you. The other half don't go forward. Extremely unclean, had to ask to turn on A/C and then they just blasted it on. We had to travel coz there was no other option available due to rang panchami. I wish I had stayed another day in Indore instead of taking this bus ! Update : The A/C only works in On & Off mode. On meaning freezing you till you asked it to be turned off. Off means, you suffocate in silence.
