I am very happy to get the service from myTVS its smooth and clear. Big thing what they promise they create video and capture pic whatever they did. They also give same day delivery. There is always chance of improvement. But you guys already much better.

Worst experience ever, in the name of insurance invoice issue they made me pay and now not returning the money every time i call just say 2-3 days it’s been 2 months now

I had a great experience at this My TVS service centre. The staff were friendly, professional. They listened to my concerns, gave honest advice, and kept me updated throughout the service. But very disappointed with the car wash, I felt the overall service could have been better. The exterior still had a few spots and water streaks, and the interior didn’t seem fully cleaned—some dust and marks were still noticeable. I appreciate their effort, but I was hoping for a more detailed finish.

The service and overall work quality were really good — I truly appreciate the efforts of the TVS workshop and their staff. They were polite, professional, and did a satisfactory job, so they definitely deserve appreciation. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. Even though GST has been reduced to around 5–12% in most sectors, they are still charging 18%, which feels a bit unfair. Also, after-service care could be better — for example, providing paper foot mats would not only help keep the vehicle clean but also serve as a nice branding touch for the company. Additionally, there was no underbody wash included, which is usually expected in a complete service. These are small but important points. When customers are paying a good amount, the service should feel truly value for money. I hope these things will be improved in the future.
