My experience ver bad I have load of time call but not proper response this side i have 30-44min wait but not coming any reponsible person.

Very disappointing experience with MyTVS Service Centre.The work kept getting delayed day by day without proper communication. Even after such a long wait, the finishing was poor.Their painter didn’t match the color properly,the new paint looked completely different from the original white shade, so they had to call another professional to fix it.. They also failed to do the wheel alignment, and despite being a service centre, they had to send my car elsewhere to get it aligned. To make it worse, there were rust dots all over the top of my car when I got it back. Overall, a very unprofessional and unsatisfactory service experience. I would not recommend this centre to anyone.

I recently got my car serviced at TVS ( Car service ), and I am very satisfied with the service. The quality of the work was excellent, and the employees were well-behaved and polite. Their customer service was truly commendable.
