Well-equipped and trustworthy car service centre. I recently experienced a rear brake failure and brake fluid leakage issue with my car. The team promptly arranged pickup from my residence without any extra charge, which was highly appreciated. They replaced the brake cylinder with a genuine part and completed the necessary repairs at a reasonable cost. I would especially like to appreciate the polite and customer-friendly behaviour of Mr. Deepak Rane. Strongly recommend this service centre — they are honest, reliable, and professional.

⭐ 1 Star – Worst Service Experience at My TVS Service Center, Indore I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by My TVS Service Center, Indore. I sent my vehicle for servicing on 25 April 2026, expecting professional maintenance and genuine service. Unfortunately, my experience suggests that several essential service tasks were either not performed or were done very poorly. On 12 July 2026, I had to send the vehicle for servicing again. After driving only around 2,000 km since the previous service, the engine oil was completely black, making me seriously question whether the engine oil was actually changed during the April service. Upon inspection, the filters were found to be damaged and appeared not to have been replaced. These are basic service items that customers pay for, and finding them in such condition within a short period is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the service center did not even have some of the required spare parts available, resulting in unnecessary delays and inconvenience. Customers trust authorized service centers to maintain their vehicles properly, but my experience has been the exact opposite. This experience has raised serious concerns about service quality, transparency, and accountability. I would strongly advise customers to carefully check all work done on their vehicles before accepting delivery. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend My TVS Service Center, Indore. Very poor service, lack of quality control, and a complete waste of time and money.
