PLEASE AVOID THIS BUS SERVICE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE HARRASSED. Had a worst experience ever for travel to Indore. The bus was booked for my relatives from Pune to Indore for 1-May-2025. We reached Wakad at the scheduled reporting time of 4:45 PM. After waiting for 15 mins, we called them and came to know that they had canceled boarding point (Wakad) without any prior intimation. The available boarding point (Sangamwadi) was 20 kms away from my place. They didn't even provide any pick-up service from Wakad. When asked for cancellation and refund, we were told that the cancellation is not possible and the money will not be refunded. Also, I was asked to drop my relatives to Sangamwadi within 10 mins. My aunt is a senior citizen, so I requested them to wait for us. Finally we reached there and boarded the bus. It was full of struggle to board the bus. Moreover, the bus reached Indore around 11:40 AM, which is 3 hours delay from scheduled arrival.

Never on time .... Seats are very dirty .... Today my bus is late by almost 2 hours

Ashok travels ki bus wale ek bhi phone nahin uthate hain aur mobile office mein counter per Rakh dete Hain jab bhi Koi aadami call karega vah Biji Biji batata hai

bus sirf or sirf parcel or corrier bus ap kehh skte he kyoki inko passenger se koi bhi matlab nai rehta he.... ye har stop pr rukti he or 30 min ka stop rhta he quki parcle loading unloading me time lagta he.... agr ap kahi urgent jana chahte he or jaldi pauchna chahte he to dusri bus dekhiya.... is bus k karan me apne exam centre pr pauch hi nai paya quii bus 2 hr bad hi khrb ho gyi... ap koi dusra travels se ja skte he mgr iss se to bilkul bhi nai sabse ghatiya servise ashok travels ki........

Driver behaviour is bad and not follow safety during driving so not safe journey in this travels. Having a very bad experience traveling in Ashok travels. the driver is very rude. Gadi no. - MP 44 ZD 2824 Travel date - 29-04-2025 AC ashok travel Departure time- 08:00 PM from udaipur

Worst bus service. The bus is stop at every place for 1 hrs for Lugauge. And passengers are not answer at all about when will bus start. Newer travel with Ashok travels. Here it is no zero star otherwise they don't even deserve a star.

*owner have to check this* Such pathetic service, they promised for 10:30 reaching time to indore but in between they stop the bus and start washing the bus, bcz of this all passenser got late by 3 hour. The dinner stopage was so dirty such local dhaba. No washroom for female inside the bus, and they not even stop the bus for washroom use.

Worst bus experience ever, local buses are more better than this, no punctuality, only care about parcel deliveries for which they keep passengers waiting for more than 2 hours, wrong timing mentioned, Never book ashok travels bus
