NEVER book ashok travels, you're gonna regret it. The worst bus service ever, it stopped for 2 hours in some ground for no reason, n number of stops. Hygiene is on the next level, felt like they never cleaned the bus.

They just cancel the booking on the time and also doesn't give refund. And we ask for it they just say we will not give before 24 hours. I know they may policy but they have told me refund in 1 hour but after and hour they just say that 'we will not give the refund before 24 hours do whatever you have to do' they just refuse to give the refund as soon as possible. And also they too much arrogance in their speaking language.

Worst experience of my bus journey. Would never recommend anyone to use these bus service. Not clean stinking bus with puking smile, no hygiene

Recently I booked 3 bus ticket. First of all I received a massage due to breakdown your ticket has been cancel After lots of call they clear msg sent by mistake. And bus is 40 min late After lots of wait they settled us in different 3rd class bus any vikarama etc. Pathetic experience.

DON'T TRAVEL WITH FAMILY !!! Travelled on this Bus Service from Mumbai to Ujjain. Would give zero stars if possible for this journey due to below issues 1. Incorrect allocation of seat: Ticket was issued with lower seat but after entering the bus, seat was already occupied by another passenger. Asked the existing passenger to move and settled down in my lower seat. Then a staff member came and asked me to move to the upper seat. On showing the ticket with lower seat number to the bus staff I was told it doesn't matter since the lower seat was already booked and so I need to move. 2. Before I occupied the upper seat the staff had put things there which dirtied the bedsheet (attached image). On asking for a new bedsheet I was told it cannot be changed and they will reverse the same sheet meaning I will have to sleep on a dirty sheet. 3. The staff interacted in a rude language during the journey so would highly advise against using this service while travelling with family (elderly or female members)

Bus time se nahi chalti 5 hours normally late rhti hai don't trust on bus timing Me pune se 5 baje sham ko betha tha indore k liye or indore utarne ka time tha subh 7.25 but abhi bhi me bus me hu or timing 11.53 or pta nahi kab tk bus indore nahi jaegi

They run second hand bought, poorly maintained volvos and dont have the will or the money to get repairs done, they keep running their buses with broken glasses, you will be stranded with foul smell, hot air from outside and all the road noise right into your head for a 12 hour journey. They don't even have the money to refund a 1500 Rs bus ticket when complained about. Their class and capacity is only to run a tata magic. Absolutely rubbish service, book only Raj Ratan and Intercity.

Very good bus service. I travelled from bhopal to nimbahera and the travelling went so smooth, they evn stop at places for washroom. Overall bus was clean and they take care of their every passenger. Highly recommended.

Having a very bad experience traveling in Ashok travels. They stop at any odd locations but is a female traveller's want to use washroom they are not co-operative. Also, asking them for stop at proper washroom place the driver is very rude. *Bus Number*: NL07B0702 *Driver details*: Omprakash

I was traveling from Indore to Neemuch by this bus, raaste me 4 baar gaadi kharab hui hai, naa to bus thik hui naa unhone bus change kari, aur refund dene se bhi mana kiya aur passengers ko beech raaste me hi chhod diya. Lagta hai company ke maalik ne aise hi chori ke paiso se nayi nayi bus laake passengers ko bewkoof banane ka dhandha khol rakha hai. Conpany ke kisi bhi staff ke workers ne responsibility lene ne saaf mana kar diya. Ashok travel mandsaur sirf passenger ko bewkuf banane ke liye bana hua hai.
