I experienced an extremely frustrating travel ordeal from Ujjain to Shirdi and back. On the outbound journey, despite booking front seats, I was assigned the last one in Indore, resulting in a sleepless night. The drivers were uncooperative. The return journey was marred by a one-hour delay in picking me up from Shirdi, causing me to reach Ujjain at 1 pm instead of 8 am. The company urgently needs to address these issues to prevent such dreadful experiences.

Definitely not recommending this bus service as the bus is too dirty , old and seats are extremely uncomfortable. Windows do not close properly, reclining seats don't work , charging slots don't work and the bus itself is too noisy. Pathetic service and total waste of money.

Very rude behavior of bus staff with passengers. Their buses don't have proper seat markings. One employee allots a random seat during boarding as he himself couldn't find the seat no. mentioned in the ticket. In the middle of the night another employee shamelessly wakes up the passenger and arrogantly asks to change the seat. Will never travel with this group anymore.

Disgusting. I was told to reach destination by 12 pm but then after seating in bus they told bus will reach by 4 pm. I had to drop and do a private taxi. Very rude behaviour of staff. Not safe for girls also.

The worst experience I have ever experienced in bus services. Firstly they dropped us in Indore rather taking us to Udaipur and we all waited for more than an hour and there was no one in the office to assist us rather after making multiple calls here and there finally they came and had the worst experience

I am 13 years old, and had a very bad experience with this bus... The AC was not working and I suffocated, I was vomiting, and literally about to faint... I would not recommend this bus at all instead you can go with Raj Ratan rajratan, it is a very nice bus...

Worst experience, I booked single seat but they shifted me with other lady with her baby. Trip was worst. They are not refunded amount and I paid extra for single seat. Driver and conductor behaviour was very bad.

Bus service is not good. Every time late 2-3 hours. Passenger is very frustrated. And as compared to other bus. Charges high and services low
