Agar owner isae pdh rhe hai toh apna staff turant change kijiye , ye apka nam khrab kr rhe hai

Extremely disappointing and unethical behavior by Ashok Travels. I booked a ticket from Indore to Bhilwara for ₹735, and just 2 hours before the journey my ticket was suddenly cancelled with the excuse that it was cancelled through Paytm. The shocking part is that when I immediately asked them to book the exact same seat again, they demanded ₹1800 for it. Later I called their operator and again he booked the seat and after 5 mins again cancelled the same and asked me to book from Paytm. I checked Paytm and their prices were hiked and it was almost 1700 Rs amount. This clearly shows that the cancellation was done intentionally just to resell the seat at a much higher price and make extra money from passengers in urgent situations. This is highly unprofessional, greedy, exploitative, and completely unacceptable customer treatment. Cancelling confirmed tickets at the last moment for profit is nothing less than cheating passengers and taking advantage of their helplessness. I would strongly advise everyone to think twice before trusting this travel company. If a confirmed booking can be cancelled merely because prices increased, then customers have absolutely no reliability or security with this operator. Very poor ethics and terrible customer experience.

Very disappointing experience with Ashok Travels on my recent journey from Indore to Udaipur. This was honestly the worst travel experience I’ve had so far. The bus arrived around an hour late, and the journey itself was delayed by almost 2 hours from the expected arrival time. The drop was also not at the selected drop point, which was extremely inconvenient. The hygiene and basic facilities were even more disappointing. The bedding, pillows, and other amenities were extremely dirty, stained, and unhygienic. There were even bed bugs/worms and rats around the bus, which is completely unacceptable. Another major issue was that passengers were not allowed to keep their luggage in the luggage compartment and were instead asked to keep it near their seats, making the journey uncomfortable and congested. There were also no proper scheduled washroom stops. The bus stopped randomly at a roadside location when passengers needed a break. This is particularly concerning for female passengers, as such locations may not have any safe or proper washroom facilities. For the price passengers pay, basic cleanliness, safety, punctuality, and proper passenger facilities should be the bare minimum. I would not recommend Ashok Travels based on this experience. I sincerely hope the company takes these concerns seriously and improves its hygiene standards, punctuality, luggage arrangements, and washroom facilities.
