I ordered a custom lehenga and they were helpful during that process but once I got it there were some issues. Biggest one being that there was no elastic waist tie for the lehenga so it was very loose on me. I contacted them several times and now they don’t respond as if they’ve received full payment. Won’t recommend or purchase again.

Ordered 2 items back in August for a friend's wedding in November - STILL haven't received the items. They read all the messages you send them on WhatsApp and completely ignore you. Totally got scammed by this store.

This has been my go to brand whenever there is a wedding or function in my family. The designs, the material and the service are always top notch. Saima from the store assisted me in my latest buy. She was lovely and very professional, she made my online purchase experience very smooth. Affordable designer brand but the quality is A1.

Very bad service. I placed the order atleast 40 days in advance and didn’t receive it on time. The fitting was way off, color of the outfit is different to what they show you, had to send the outfit back and then didn’t receive it on time. Completely ruined my event. Very bad customer service. Please do not waste your money on these scammers. Highly disappointed. Should have read the reviews first before placing my order.

Hello I received my outfit, and I LOVED IT…! I ordered a bridal lehenga for my reception, it’s amazing…! I don’t have any words to describe how pretty it is! I tried it and I feel like my dream has come true. It's so beautiful! ✨🥹❤️ It's the same as what I saw in pictures. The handwork is perfect 100/100. Also it fits me perfectly. I did order online and I've never been to their store. I saw it on Instagram then I gave my order and I was very confused about how they would do it. What if it didn't come as I imagined? But the team is amazing, very sporting, and they helped me a lot! Whenever I texted them or called them, they were always ready to help me, and they were very nice, polite, and understanding. I had such a lovely experience working with Saima for my outfit. I got exactly what I had asked for with the perfect measurements and incredible quality. I was in constant communication via calls/whatsapp with Saima as she was very polite and re-assuring throughout the whole process as this was an international order. I will definitely order again 💗

Had a very bad experience during my daughter’s wedding shopping. The quality is unacceptably low for the prices charged and they have absolutely no sense of fitting and alterations. The double standard behavior of staff is also very troubling. Absolute waste of time, energy and money.

Million thanks to Swish team(specially Saima!) I got all my clothes for a family wedding from Swish and absolutely loved every piece. Saima assisted me in my shopping virtually as I was not in India and the whole process was extremely flawless & easy for me. I don’t think anyone could have given me any better performance than team Swish! From designs to service - everything is TOP! Highly recommended & reliable service :)

I am writing this lengthy review not just because of the bad experience I had with Swish but because if I can even save 1 bride from going through the pain my time will be worth it. I ordered two outfits - 1 for Haldi and 1 for Sangeet.Unfortunately the good part about my experience there ended at pre-sales. When they delivered my Haldi outfit, the dress did not fit me at all and they completely forgot to do work on my skirt. Thankfully I had pictures of the original outfit! They did not make the skirt lining thick even after having that in writing. After telling them about the blunders, they agreed to get the outfit picked up from Bangalore on Oct 14th with a promise of getting my trials done when I visit Indore in Nov - I was impressed!). When I called them in nov, they told me they were busy with Diwali and have not touched my outfit at all. After 4-5 days they called me to the store, made me sit for 30 mins before saying the outfit is not ready. (Please note that their manager Ria was there and did not intervene). I went there again the next day and they made me try the same skirt which was delivered before. (no lining or size change. They just had a patch of work ready). After that I managed to get their owner called via a relative of mine. So they made a fresh outfit in next 3-4 days and delivered it. Again I had to do trials for hours to get the sizing right. Sangeet outfit - They again delivered it to blr with full sizing blunder and the cane they had used was so low quality that it looked like some really cheap quality stuff. Also they completely forgot tassles and back thread on my blouse. They told me to come to Indore in Nov and they will get everything fixed within 3-4 days. I came and handed the dress to them. They then promised to do kachha trials before I leave Indore as there was some extra work to be done due to sleeve sizing. When I went for the kachha trials, the outfit size was again not changed and nothing had proceeded. By then Ria had started helping us because of the call we had given. She promised to personally look after my outfit and get it delivered to me on 16th December in proper shape. I was also told that my outfit is not the priority and hence i have to wait until other outfits are done. Note that each time I go there for trials I sit for hours bcuz they never have anything ready. When I finally went again around 16th dec - the sizing of my outfit was still bad, the original bad quality cane was re-attached to my outfit (the cane looked like a dry tree hanging from the side of lehenga and when I walked it looked like I was kicking a piece of wood hanging from my lehenga). I finally broke down in front of their entire staff because I thought there was no recovery from this - after which they agreed to finally change the cane. The tassels were in such bad shape that whenever I touched the lehenga, a few tassles fell off. And I forgot to mention that my lehenga in November had 2 full sized holes which they got repaired and the final one I picked also has 3 tiny holes.(Not sure of the fabric quality anymore) All in all beyond the aesthetics of the store - there’s complete lack of management, no one answerable and you are absolutely on your own after you pay them the money. Please be very very careful while dealing with them unless you are personally related to the owners. They told me there is no way to reach out to their owners and once they even told me their manager has been on leave for 2 months. I even messaged one of their owners on LinkedIn about this and she did not respond to me at all. But girls - No matter how aesthetic their outfits look, trust me its not at all worth the time and pain they cause you. They have 0 respect for your time. (3 months of struggle for 2 outfits and endless hours at the store) And Swish - if you read this review, please understand that there is a certain level of professionalism required in every business. You may hit the sales numbers but unless you bother about customer satisfaction, this is a never ending downward trail.
