One of the worst online experience. I am resident of Canada & I ordered the dresses valued for 50K INR. Firstly, when I messaged them to inquire about the dress, reply was coming very quickly. Then the time for the payment reply was coming quicky too. BUT, when the time come for the measurements no one was replying (even being online on WhatsApp) Lady told me we can offer the measurements on videocall ( one day after, she said can you send me measurements by taking @ home) I have called them & dropped bunch of messages but no one replied. Then the parcel have arrived. The time when I opened it’s not even seems to be 10K ( INR) Material was very very bad. Measurements was not appropriate. Threads were out from the saree. Blouse was not properly made as per measurements. After getting that I called them & messaged them for complaints No one replied properly. Not recommended to anyone at all.

Long story, short This was The very last message that I got from her when I repeatedly told her, please take care of all the tassels et cetera, et cetera, because taking care of This overseas is not easy for us, so here is her last text when she was repeatedly cutting my phone calls “N nobody is ignoring anything’s we have shared before dispatch to delhi it was all good how it got to you from there how it was demaged this is not our concern as you called it on your own” I got about 12 outfits in that package, and she’s trying to tell me that only her outfit got damaged, so you know the quality… Also, when she showed me the pictures there were tassels missing and I told her is not going to be fixed. She said yes, mam, yes mam, it will be fixed, don’t worry, et cetera et cetera, while having her. Lassi FaceTime me so so unprofessional guys, I hate giving negative reviews. I try to ignore it, but I don’t want you guys to go through this. Therefore, going out of my way to give this review, so please be careful and yes, she also told me one thing early on, and that was a red flag, she told me my clients when they order something. They like it the way they get it, but I’d really like clients like you who go into details. Yes, I’m a very detail oriented person. Why wouldn’t I be if I buy oranges? I don’t want apples, so basically, she wants clients who settle with whatever she suggest , and that doesn’t really happen in your life, so thank you. The quality is very good, I had got clothes stitched for pre wedding, they were well made and the colour combinations were also very well made, I am very happy, thank you.

Swish is a must place to visit. Our whole family has shopped from Swish multiple times and we always love the collection and The staff the ambience of the store is amazing. One must consider this for bridal and trousseau shopping! Love it

I recently bought a ready to wear saree from their website through online and it was honestly a great experience. I live abroad and they delivered the package with not much delay and confusions. The outfit was also like exactly in the picture and no damages. The saree was a lil bit long but was fixable.

Loved the collection. Witnessed some amazing outfits which is not available at other places. Very cooperative and friendly team as well. Anvi helped us alot in styling the outfit and quick delivery of my dress.

Extremely bad experience. I dont know why the store is still working, because the staff is super rude and dont have manner at all. If you open a shop please be ready to show constumers your product. They hardly show 1-2 products and keep on asking whether you’re actually going to buy or not, dude I came all the way to buy only nn why would I waste my time. The collection is tooo overpriced and guys you need to change your attitude for your costumers. Because of costumers only you are having life so please learn to respect them and teach some manners to staff after all the comments & reviews please try to behave properly after all you are in business field
