SWISH BY DOLCY AND SIMRAN RNT STORE

Bought a dress for my special someone that she really liked but it was delivered A WHOLE WEEK past the estimated delivery date. The dress was made of POOR QUALITY MATERIALS and the whole thing came apart before she could even try it on. Their customer service is the WORST! They didn't respond to any calls or messages regarding any updates! BUYER BEWARE.

Lehenga handwork is good. But, service is not good. Lehenga given for alterations, returned back without alterations. Also, it was poorly packed for courier which is very risky for wedding lehenga. Alteration service - 1/5 Packaging & courier service - 0/5 Highly tedious follow ups required to get anything done.

Swish is an absolute delight to shop from. I've been following their instagram page for quite sometime and when I had the opportunity to buy am outfit for a wedding I had to attend, I grabbed it with both hands. They process of placing and order to finally receiving it absolutely smooth. Saima was a delight o interact with. She made sure I was updated and confirmed all the sizes and measurements before going ahead. Absolute delight.

Horrible experience!! Girl their ‘SAIMA’ gave me the worst experience everrrr… constantly arguing, rude, not helpful at all!! I was an outstation customer, still she upfrontly denied any help for my purchased clothing. Asked me to sit there in the store and stitch the clothing, laughing on me, making fun of me. Would neverrr ever visit again!!!!!

‘Saima’ is super rude. The collection in the store is good, but saima makes everything immaterial. I sincerely request to the owners to take serious action against this thing. I might not visit the store again, so will be knowns, just because of one girl who makes the whole shopping experience horrible.

Most miserable people. Limited designs and extra long process of giving dresses. They mess up the end result in the name of customisation. Better go to your own trusted boutique lady. They show you the pieces on display but end up making terrible copies of the same.
