The lehenga and blouse I got was 3 inches bigger than the measurements I gave them. The can can was also sticking out awkwardly. They were quick to leave my messages unread and even block me on WhatsApp. They’re not interested in fixing their mistakes.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE STAFF. They are far from being punctual and can leave you waiting for your outfit for months without being APOLOGETIC about it. Do not trust this place for your own mental peace. Nobody answers calls/messages after order is placed. About time they start practising what they preach and stop fooling the customer. Very disappointed.

Worst experience!!!! Fabric used by them …very cheap ,store manager not at all helpful ,business ethics zero!. They’ll never deliver on time !! And one needs to visit again n again for the same complaints ,n fittings but still you won’t be able to get that perfect thing on your d day.
