My worst experience with Swish. I bought this dress on a full advanced payment thought it’s a big store and they would deliver it at the right time and securely. The result was totally opposite. The beads thread were broken the back is ruined completely. They just ruined my big day. I even paid for two additional boxes for which I have a receipt as well, still they didn’t post the boxes. I won’t recommend people to go for it.

They are extremely unprofessional, rude. After taking full payment in advance they spoil the dress fitting so bad that no one can say it’s ur measurements… And rather than being apologetic they misbehave. The owners and the staff both are shamelessly unapologetic after spoiling the dress completely (as they have already taken the amount in advance)

Worst place to get your bridal lehenga or any other outfit from. They make huge promises and when it comes to deliver they vanish. They keep extending the dates and start fake promising. They promise to deliver everything on a certain date and when it come to it they start making excuses. Is this how they work? Post booking service is very bad! Never visiting them again for sure and will not recommend it to others!

Got all my the dresses for my sister’s wedding from here and would really recommend to everyone! Their collection is excellent and they provide a very reliable service. Loved my dresses. Thanks Swish for making the wedding a memorable event💗☺️ …

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to the designer and the entire staff specially Nancy for creating such a stunning outfit for our carnival. The dress was absolutely beautiful, perfectly capturing the spirit of the event with its intricate details and vibrant colours.

One of the lehangas I ordered with them was delivered without any hand work. The one I ordered had hand work all over the lehanga. I reached out to them they told me to ship the lehanga to them and I have to pay for it, I proposed some other options instead and they completely ignore me and does not respond back to any of my messages. Not even a simple yes or no or any info about shipping or anything. Lesson learnt, never ordering from them again

Amazing Place to buy your wedding outfit from!! A wholesome experience Team is always there to assist you with fittings and alterations. All the colors and fabrics used are atmost good quality !

Worst worst worst....waste of money and time.. Pathetic and poorest shop if uh ever want to shop and ruin your big day. Placed order on 13 sep for wedding and not received my outfit until 15thnov. Called for first trial on 15th nov,changed the fabric,work,the style and pattern of lehnga. They turned a branded lehnga to rajwada wala local lehnga. Plz don't visit.

Bad experience. The lehenga while I tried and finalised the design was very good but after completion when I received the product it was totally opposite. The measurements were so wrong, along with the quality of the product (cancane) used it was filled with dirt very bad quality provided by such boutique. When I received after opening the fresh piece itself whole work and beads are coming out the finishing was horrible. And when you contact them regarding the mistakes they made they'll just give excuses to you not admitting their own mistake. It wasn't worth spending such amount and getting such service in return.

Fraud alert, scmmers!! Placed an order an year ago and they fail to deliver it. The sales representative doesn't pick calls and the owner doesnt bother to reply on personal texts as well. Making a bride cry will not take you much ahead. Please answer the calls at least. Guys don't trust this store, their online customer is not less than a nightmare
