Yesterday, we planned to spend a pleasant weekend evening with our family, but our visit to Heydeli Pizza turned out to be one of the most disappointing dining experiences we have ever had. The restaurant was extremely uncomfortable, with neither air conditioning nor fans working. Despite this, we chose to stay because we were excited to enjoy our time together. However, the real shock came when we started eating. Instead of finding a delicious pasta on our plates, we found a cockroach in it. It was disgusting, disturbing, and completely unacceptable. The sight instantly ruined our appetite and our entire evening. This is not just about poor service—it is a serious hygiene and food safety issue. If such things are visible in the food being served, one can only imagine the condition of the kitchen. Very disappointed with the overall experience. This place is an absolute health hazard and a total disgrace. We went for a lunch buffet and were met with nothing but incompetence and filth. The Food was Toxic Wait Times: We were forced to wait 40 minutes just for basic roti while the rest of our meal sat there congealing. Rotting Gravy: They use the same disgusting base gravy for every single dish. It wasn’t just bad; it was smelling rancid and literally rotting. Stale and Cold: The starters were ancient and stale, and the main courses were as cold as ice. Deceptive Practices: They kept mixing old food into fresh trays to make it look edible, but you can’t mask the taste of decay. Total Lack of Accountability When we confronted the staff about the foul-smelling gravy, they didn't even have the decency to be ashamed. They flat-out admitted that this is just how they make it; they make the gravy first and then turn it into subji. Essentially, they admitted to serving us old, pre-prepared sludge that had been sitting out for God knows how long. The Atmosphere was a Circus No Parking: Good luck finding a spot; the infrastructure is as non-existent as their hygiene standards. Zero Organization: A private function was happening simultaneously with no clear division. The place was a claustrophobic mess, crowded with people pushing past our table. I walked out of there with a debilitating stomach ache. Do yourself a favor and eat at a street vendor instead—it’ll be fresher, faster, and infinitely safer than this dump. This establishment should be shut down by the health inspector immediately. Never again. After much wait went to this outlet hyped up with all the coverage it had already. The restaurant served us well and we too were in a fix as to what should we eat and what not. They charge you 360₹ pax and their huge seat layout can easily accommodate around 100 people. We were greeted with the aroma of good food and the manager introduced us briefly to the entire menu, gave instructions to the server for prepping and serving us anything that comes out of their kitchen hot. Rating for food-4.7/5 We tasted starters which were amazing, especially the crispy corn,paneer tikka and hara bhara kebab. boiled vegetables were surprisingly tasty. The fries,garlic pops and cheese pops were nice, sandwich looked appetizing but I haven't tasted them. The main course was delicious, chinese rice and noodles was good,hot pasta was ok ok. Their pizza and garlic bread are a must try, really cooked well and base was fresh and soft. Toppings and sauce were sufficient, overall it tasted superb. Sweet section is definitely not to be missed if you're a sweet tooth. Do try the Jalebi, beetroot halwa they are just awesome. Rest their shahi tukda,Gulab jamun, pineapple halwa and pastries are also good. Chaat items were tasty, pani of puris could be made more flavourful. Soups was a mis and hit, these both can be improved a lot. The cold salad menu was not good (judging on taste of similar items in other restaurants), it needs a major overhaul. Parking is not an issue for 2 wheelers but 4 wheeler need to struggle due to shared space with other business. Entrance needs a good 20-30 stairs climb, which is not tough as such but surely for the elderly age group. I recently visited this place with my friends, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The food was tasteless and served cold. The buffet serving bowls were often empty, and even after informing the staff multiple times, they were not refilled promptly. The washrooms were extremely dirty and had a very bad smell, making the experience even worse. The AC was also not working properly, which made the environment very uncomfortable.
