Heydeli Pizza

Unlimited pizza ke naam par logon ki health ke saath experiment chal raha hai yahan. Recent inspection reports dekhne ke baad toh iss place ka naam sunke hi appetite khatam ho jata hai. Kitchen mein cockroaches ghoom rahe the, burnt black oil use ho raha tha, hygiene zero level ki thi aur food openly pada tha — ye koi restaurant hai ya health hazard zone? Sabse shocking baat ye hai ki log family aur bachchon ke saath yahan jaate hain bina reality jaane. Cheap buffet dena alag baat hai, lekin ganda food serve karna aur basic cleanliness maintain na karna completely disgusting aur irresponsible hai. Agar aap apni health ko seriously lete ho toh iss jagah se door rehna hi better hai jab tak proper action aur visible improvement na ho. Taste 10 minute ka hota hai, food poisoning aur health issues bahut lambe time tak suffer karwate hain... This doesn't even deserve 0 stars. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

No hygiene at all.. cockroches found in dishes.... worst taste of food. The staff was so calm that they used to encounter cockroches in every dishes they serve.. Worst experience ever. Would not recommend at all. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Six of us went to Hadley's Pizza today, But there one of our members got some "cockroch" in his food. When we told the staff there, they said take another plate. We then met the manager and he said that this should not have happened but we will not take the money of your two members. The service was also very bad, tomato soup, moong halwa and sandwiches were finished. From now on I will not go there and will not tell anyone to go there. Yes, 450 for a buffey, soups, multiple starters (basics,) Maggie, pasta, pizza, moctails, ice cream. But quality for all may be lowest. Hygienic standards under question. Friendly staff. Not recommended.

We reached 7 pm हमें 10-15 मिनट रुकने को कहा गया उसके बाद buffet में सारे items पूरे ठंडे और बासी लग रहे थे 👎👎 Pizza ठीक है बस No test, no quality. If I had the option to give zero stars, I absolutely would have done so. The experience was disappointing from the moment we entered. We were required to pay ₹400 per adult upfront before being served any food, which set high expectations that the restaurant failed to meet. Despite having a huge seating capacity, the restaurant was severely understaffed. There were very few chefs and servers, making the service extremely slow and frustrating. I visited specifically for the unlimited pizza, but the servers were nowhere to be found. Even after complaining 3–4 times, they only served the same Margherita pizza repeatedly, with no effort to offer the variety they advertise. To make matters worse, the food quality was poor. Although the menu offers a large number of items, almost everything we tried was bland and lacked taste. Quantity means nothing when the quality is so disappointing. In total, I paid ₹1,477 for 3 adults and 1 child, and it honestly felt like I had made a donation rather than paid for a dining experience. Poor service, tasteless food, misleading "unlimited" offerings and complete lack of customer care. I would not recommend Heydeli Pizza to anyone and certainly won't be visiting again. It is the best place for party or other programs. The food is very tasty and amazing. There are too many food items, my daughter's birthday party was a very beautiful arrangement, all my guests praised it a lot. Thank to all heydeli pizza staff, Meal type Dinner Price per person ₹200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Only good thing is here staff politeness, support. If I say about the food I would say they have large menu option but only 2-3 items you can try. Rest of them are not good. They are like rotten food, bad smelling not good for health. We ate that we had a problem with stomach pain even my 7 year old child vomited at night. I don’t recommend here to come and try.
