Heydeli Pizza

We went for lunch buffet, we had to wait 40min for roti, the starters were stale and old, same gravy is used for all the gravy dishes and it was smelling bad and was old enough that it was rotting, the food was cold as ice and they kept on mixing the food.to make it look appealing but it tasted bad. I had bad stomach ache after eating it and would I recommend everyone to opt for a street vendor instead of this place... There was no parking and a private function was going on but there is no clear division for that either at one point the area was crowded with people.. when we raised the complaint regarding the smelly gravy the staff said it is how the food is made we make gravy and then make subji out of it.. so it explains how old the food was and they weren't even ashaimed of accepting that... No salt in any food, also papad ka khasta pan jawani mai hi kho gya, paneer tandoori khud ko aaine mai pahechan nhi paa rha hai..don't waste money... Meal type Lunch Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

I have visited Heydeli 4–5 times now, and unfortunately, the experience has degraded with every visit. Yesterday was the breaking point. While they offer a huge variety at a very economical price, it is clear that quality is being heavily compromised to keep those costs low. The food quality was simply not good. The soup was essentially flavored hot water, and the cutlery was not clean, which is a basic hygiene concern. Because the price is so low, the restaurant was incredibly messy and overcrowded; the staff seemed completely overwhelmed and unable to manage the rush. My honest suggestion to the management: either increase your prices to maintain decent standards, or reduce the number of items to focus on quality over quantity. Providing 100+ mediocre items in a chaotic environment isn't a great experience. I won't be returning until things improve Meal type Dinner Price per person ₹800–1,000 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Noise level Loud, but you can still talk Group size Suitable for all group sizes

Absolutely disappointing experience at Heydeli Pizza Buffet. Not only was the pizza cold, dry, and tasteless, but the other food items they served were also below average and didn’t feel fresh at all. Half the counters were empty, and the staff seemed completely uninterested in refilling or helping customers. The washrooms were in a pathetic condition and clearly not cleaned or maintained properly. To make things worse, none of the ACs were working, making the entire place hot, uncomfortable, and suffocating. The tables were dirty, service was slow, and overall hygiene standards were terrible. For the price they charge, the experience is absolutely unacceptable. Honestly, this is one of the worst places I have ever visited. Would definitely not recommend anyone to waste their money here. Hello guys, Visited the place after a lot of hype and promotion which is going on Instagram by famous indore food promotion pages i won't mention the name. It's situated in Gemini mall which is infront of C21 indore, this area has also been a good hub in indore. Hey deli is quiet big and has a lot of sitting options. The place has unlimited option per head like a buffet with more than 130 items. We started the buffet with dry snacks like french fries steam momos and raw / grilled sandwich, french fries were good, momos and sandwich and a lot of items are good in taste even momos. Noodles and chinese was good in taste, they even have a Paneer tikka is good and I also write the main course and it also get you get served hot with even Jain food available. Things like pani pure and pastry can be improved they are still not that good specially Pani puri the pani is okay in taste. The only thing which was getting served good was pizza, there were 4 variety of pizza and all of them were good and same goes for garlic bread even it was getting served pepping hot. Update : they have significantly improve their service and taste in last one year, the place is comparatively a little costlier but the improved and quality they have increased is totally worth it. I have been there more than 10 times now and I would again visit them in future, perfect to visit with family friends and even have bday party and small gatherings. Recommended. Nice spacious ambience but due to the overcrowding it becomes suffocating. they should work on that for 😃 sure !! proper ventilation is needed. interns of food is okay. Drinks are really good!! Idk what happened to the ice cream quality? Wish they increased more time limit for booking from just 8 pm to 11 , to :- 7 to 11 because during birthday or any party 1-2 hours aren't enough. service is amazing they never say no to anything happy staff 😃💯. I'll visit again 🙂 Order type Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person ₹400–600 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes Veg Pizza Vegetarian offerings Menu is all vegetarian

Since 2023 I am visiting to this restaurant. In every month at lest 2 time I using there service. But today my experience is not good with the restaurant due to Miss Khushi who is serving ice cream. Today I have visited there along with my family and relatives for birthday celebration of my daughter, after having food we have gone to ice cream counter where Miss Khushi is serving the ice cream, her behaviour is very rude while talking to my relatives. If she doesn’t want to serve why she is on that counter. I have expressed my words there with her manager also. But don’t think they are now in mood to hear the customer feedback on their servicing part. Now they are the big brand, even for this post they don’t care about this. For now onward I don’t want to recommend any one for this Restaurant. Purely vegetarian food options. Good place to dine in with family and friends. Also a good place for a foodie. There are variety of dishes small and big, but still they make it an item. Food variety is good, but the taste is compromised. Taste can be improved way better. Ambience is good and its crowded. Go-to place for the localites to enjoy the buffet.
