Pathetic reception staff, They are saying that Doctor is not checking new patients, however we use to visit Mr. Gandhi always, but the receptionist is saying if u don't have file, Doc wont check the kid. I cant understand who keeps a file stored for a normal cough and cold. Such ego in treating small kids is really bad from a renowned doc. Will never visit them again. Wonder how long such ego will go.

One of the best doctors in Indore for children. I have treated my child at the age of 04 months and still we go to see him regularly as his medication suits to my child. Staff is strict as there is lot of patients and there is difficult to get appointments. But doctors is very experienced and not professional. He knows what’s is best for child and what is not. Previous i visit to Dr Veerendra Clinic, but his medication doesn’t suits to my child and my child health was becoming worse day by day, so we got to know Dr Parag Gandhi from mouth publicly from many of people living in my area and due to Dr Parag, my child got his 2nd life. Its all true you can ask me and my number. Dr is good but Management is very poor, they won’t pick up phones even after rang several times after 09:30-10:30 in morning for appointments. Few staff is biased to cast, and they prefer some cast over to other. I see it and I felt it. Staff people misbehave on phone call, and I don’t think Dr Parag wants to involve to make it correct. They only take cash, even if you insist to pay using digital money, they simply deny.

His intentions are just to earn money, He is having lack of knowledge as well, Normal viral ko pehchana nhi or bacchi ko nimoniya banwa diya phir admit ka kehne lage, while another Dr. Ne ne dawai and bhaap ki machine recommend kri thi, So don't waste time to him

Dr. Parag Gandhi is a very experienced and polite paediatrician. When my baby was just 3 days old, he detected PDA with just a stethoscope and immediately guided us for further echo and treatment. His timely advice and later recommendation to the best paediatric cardiologist helped us get the PDA closure procedure done successfully. Even with so many patients, he always listens patiently and answers every query in detail. Highly recommended!

Arrogant rude behavior of stop very bad towards patient चाय से ज्यादा केटली गर्म।।

Dr ka to pata nhi par staff jo number likhta hai bhakt badtamij hai , naye patient ko nhi dekha jata hai agar koi political person ya police vibhag se ho usko attend pahle kiya jata hai bhale hi wo naya marij ho. Over all experience bhot ganda tha hai .kyo ki subah 8 baje aaye line me lage or 10 -10:30 baje bola jata hai ki naye marij ni dekhenge or vapas jao bolte hai mere samne jo ki mere bd aaya police bala uska number lika gya.ye log doctry ni kar rhe dhanda kar rhe hai.

Clinic opens at 10 but doctor's timing is 12 PM to 3 PM. He does not take new patients as he don't have time, in case he gets time after 3 then he might see your child else no.

Highly unprofessional staff. They always keep their landline phone on DND mode and you keep calling them they won't pick your phone and u will not get appointment. They are rude also. Although diagnosis of Dr Parag is good but staff is too bad. If you want to get appointment go directly to their clinic opposite Basketball complex and Book. DO NOT DEPEND ON TELEPHONIC Booking. Also, they only accept CASH PAYMENT ONLY NOW WHETHER YOU WANT TO PAY FOR CONSULTATION CHARGES OR VACCINATION DOESN'T MATTER. KEEP SOME CASH WITH YOU. ONE ATM IS THERE IN THE BUILDING BUT SOMETIMES YOU CAN'T WITHDRAW MONEY FROM THAT. REQUESTING TO DR. PARAG GANDHI: PLEASE TAKE DIGITAL PAYMENT MODE FOR VACCINATION CHARGES ATLEAST. NOTE: Dr. Parag Gandhi has stopped taking new patients as there are already many patients whom he is trying to manage. I will update if he starts taking new patients.
