1st time i am going for my child treatment and reception staff boy told me new patient could not appointment atleast u trying after 1 month I am waiting 1 hour and told me no appointment..old patient sir see ... Very very very very bad staff and Appointment not available so mentioned outside on a chart paper why waste time all peoples . Emergency he kyu na ho phir.... Close your clinic rude arrogant bad staff boy....

Jab new patient lena hi nahi h to clinic hi band kardijye na or sab ko bol dijiye hamare pas patient refere na kare hum nahi dekhnge

Sorry to write but appointment management is very bad no care for emergency even no care for follow up after hospitalisation of infant ...very disappointed.

Bahut hi galat Tarika hai Koi vyakti subah 8:00 baje se aapke clinic per baitha ho aur aap ka staff 10:30 baje aata hai aur mana kar deta hai isase achcha kya aap Lene ki band kar de kam se kam Koi aadami pareshan to nahin hoga aapke pass Aakar ek baat aap hamesha yaad rakhna he Bhagwan Ne aapko Seva karne ke liye pahunchaya hai per aap Bhagwan se upar Banna chah rahe hain Bhagwan ke Ghar der Hai andher nahin

That one male staff is realy very bad in BEHAVOUR very rude towards parents doctor is good as per my previous experiance but today I left the clinic without consulting the doctor due to rude behaviour of receptionist

Vese to ye one star Dene layak bhi behaviour nhi he dr Gandhi ka lekin. Feedback Done nhi ho rha tha,, pese ke liye feelings ke koi mayne nhi he inke liye,, normal hone par bhi admit rakhte he, report sabhi normal, other dr se opinion lene par bhi,, pesa khichte he garib present se,, last me MY (govt hospital) Jane ki salah dete he,, fees bhi har round ki 2500 rupey , 1 din me 2 round ke mujhse 5000 or clinic fees 700 rupey extra liye he

Sir plz improve youd staff behavior and ur services... Your staff asked "last kb btaya tha sir ko" and we replied 3months back thn his reply is sir has full of appointment and we will get appointment of next week.. Till next week should we wait for doctor??? When my kid is not good, suffering from high fever cold cough and i have to wait for 7 days.. Wow such a nice arrangement for dr services..... If aapko dr ko same day consult krna he to doctor k regular customer bnana padega, otherwise 3month se jo unk yha nahi gya he vo unko nahi check kr skte because its a business . regular customers required .. I will file a complaint against dr Parag Gandhi and his staff for medical negligence Staff said doctor will not treat your daughter as you are first time coming here What’s the sense of saying such word i cannot understand

Worst experience. I was given appointment and I was made to wait for 2and half hour with my unwell child. After that when I enquired after how much time doctor will examine my child I was told to wait for more 2 hours. Pathetic attitude of staff as well as Doctor is irresponsible; my child was not well still we were made to wait there unattended. Seems the doctor is more bothered about minting money rather than curing unwell children. I had heard a lot about this doctor but my experience was like Naam bade aur darshan chhote
