I had a wrong perception about Dr.Gandhi sir but after meeting him i realised he is very good Dr and polite person who understands patients situation…. My over all experience with Dr.Gandhi sir and his team was very nice….
Receptionist ka behaviour bhot bekar hai jab bhi call karo busy aata hai or ydi attend bhi kar lete hai to appointment nhi dete 4 mahine ke baccho ko waha le jakar number lagana pdta h
Dr. Parag Gandhi is a very good doctor of children. Children are treated very well by them. Dr. Parag Gandhi is one of the best doctors of children in Indore city. His clinic is near the Chikmanglu intersection near Laxmi Medical Hall. For the treatment of children here, you can put the number from 3:00 pm and get treatment. Children are treated very well by Dr. Parag Gandhi. This is why the trust of parents of children remains on them.
Very nice and polite dr., good treatment
Worst experience. I visited the clinic with my little daughter after taking appointment. I waited there for 3hrs & after that they didn't let me meet the doctor by saying that he doesn't see new patients. They misbehaved with me also. I am highly disappointed & angry. If u want to ruin your day then only visit this clinic.
The receptionist's attitude is completely unacceptable. The line is always busy, and even if they answer, getting an appointment is a struggle. We have to take 4-month-old babies to the hospital and wait in line.
Best diagnosis and treatment. Doesn't ask for tests immediately unlike others. Patiently listen to the problem. Good availability throught out the day. Very responsive. My both children are under his supervision.

Very poor staff behaviour , long queue, For taking appointment you have to go 8:30 in the morning along with baby even he/she is very sick, having loose motion and vomit, then only you can get early appointment. Doctor time is around 11:00 or 11:30 but still you have to wait there along with your sick baby for three hours. In case of emergency ( baby ko nai la skte itni jaldi because of sickness) if you please the staff to get early appointment they will reply you 'apka Yhi number rhega fir apko jo krna h karo'. Full professionalism !! DOCTOR IS GOOD but management is very much poor. if you have time and no emergency then it is good .
Very very bad doctor and staff...ye koi baat nhi hoti ki new patient nhi dekhe jaege..this is not fair..ye news paper me dena chahiye
