यदि आप बाहर से आए हों, और थोड़ा देर ho जाए तो आप का नंबर नहीं आएगा. उन्हे इससे कोई मतलब नहीं के आप कितनी दूरी से आए हैं और आपको kitni emergency है. और reception par thik se behave b nhi kiya jata.

Doc ache hai bt "bahut lamba intjar krna padta hai doc ka or agar apka baby ko arjent mai dikhana ho to bhi koi nahi sunta or doc ka koi personal number nahi * dalfin hospital to kabhi nahi jana pura staff raat ko sota h koi service nahi "pura staff rude hai "apka bachaa raat mai admit kro bt use koi relief nahi milega m vry disappointed

very very very bad *management* and behaviour specially receptionist(Lady and man both). Dr have to must work on that, they dont give any clarification regarding to slot booking and unnecessary patient and their attender to get worried.

I had a terrible experience at this clinic. The management is incredibly disorganized, and the clinic fails to open on time. Patients are left standing outside, waiting in frustration.

Highly unprofessional,we trust this people but they are very rude,firstly they put 1000 numbers online u have to try all numbers then they will not receive ur call and if by mistakely they picked they call u nxt day..how I can make my 3year daughter understand that she have to be in pain till next appointment..I wish I could give 0 star...highly disappointed and they call their self pediatrician but they are not a bit sensitive towards kids...

Doctor is good but management is literaly poor..ther need to work on their management.staff is vry rude with d parents ..i reach 8.30 n wait for lyk 4-5 hours for my number. hmko b kaam dhanda hota h..bcoz of managmnt n staff i shifted to another doctor .

Parag sir is among the best pediatrician in Indore and state. His experience is clearly visible in his diagnosis and treatment style. A selfless man with miracles knowledge and kind nature.

The reception staff is very rude and does not have any empathy towards patients... They speak in very attitude and in a manner that u ll not visit the doctor again.. We go to doctor as he is good and very nice but this staff is forcing me not to visit them again .. Staff says that if u have urgency go to hospital... If doctor had only asked for follow up after 7 days these people does not give appointment...and speak very atleast give appointment for tomorrow but they day that we need to call tomorrow and gain when we call tomorrow the same cycle gets repeated... They need to understand that we do not go to doctors for party or picnic it is the Situatiosn which force us to go to them but if they behave in such manner it is as good as business. . God forbid if thyethyey face the same situation with any of their family members and they get the same response f what will they do them????

Sir has diagnose the disease Malaria even before the test report result by his experience of diagnosis through symptoms. This help my daughter for getting fast relief and recovery. Again thanks to Gandhi Sir for his day night efforts towards humanity and for smiles of our loving children. I would like to thank staff of Dolphin Hospital who helped us 24*7 during hospitalization period of 8 days especially thanks to a south indian christian Nurse (I don't know name as we call her sister) who was doing night shift and helped my daughter for best hospital comfort and timely medication and also motivate my wife and myself .
