A lot of people recommended Dr. Parag Gandhi, but my recent experience was very disappointing. The appointment system is extremely poorly managed. There is no prior appointment scheduling — it works purely on a first-come, first-served basis. In today’s digital age, it is surprising that patients are expected to wait for long hours without any proper system in place. There is also no prior information available about whether the doctor is present or not. I am sharing today’s instance (13th February). Many patients were standing outside the clinic waiting for it to open. After entering and forming a queue inside, we were informed that the doctor would not be available for the next two days. This information was not communicated earlier, and even the staff did not inform the parents waiting outside with their small babies. It was very disheartening to see a mother rushing with her small baby hoping to consult the doctor, only to find out there had been no prior notice about his absence. If the doctor is highly reputed and well-known, there should also be a certain level of professionalism in managing appointments and patient communication. Patients, especially those with infants, deserve better coordination and respect for their time.

Dr. Parag Gandhi से बेहतर बच्चों के डॉक्टर मिलना सच में मुश्किल है। मैं जब से इंदौर आई हूँ, तब से अपने बच्चे को इन्हीं को दिखा रही हूँ—तब वो क्लास 5th में था और अब 12th में है। आगे भी पूरा भरोसा है कि 18 साल तक इन्हीं के पास ही दिखाऊँगी। Doctor बहुत ही experienced हैं और बहुत कम दवाइयाँ देते हैं, जो सच में effective होती हैं। उनकी फीस भी reasonable है और 7 days तक valid रहती है, जो बहुत convenient है। हाँ, appointment लेना थोड़ा challenging हो सकता है और कभी-कभी पूरा दिन लग जाता है। बेहतर है कि आप अपना दिन plan करके जाएँ और सुबह जल्दी नंबर लगवाएँ। अगर बच्चे को साथ लेकर जाते हैं तो जल्दी नंबर मिल जाता है, वरना थोड़ा wait करना पड़ता है। बाद में call आने पर आप घर से निकल सकते हैं। लेकिन सच कहूँ तो, उनका diagnosis और treatment इतना भरोसेमंद है कि यह पूरा process completely worth it लगता है। Highly recommended 👍

I know appointment problem he,I know kabhi kabhi new patient ko nahi dekhte,it's because unke pass sans lene ka bhi time nahi he,unke poorane patient bhi important he,or jo hospital main admit he vo bhi,hamesha esa nahi ho ke new patient ko nahi dekhte,apart from that if you want to take appointment mehnat karna padgi,subha line maine lago,no. Lagao,phir dekh sakte he vo,anay way for my son he is great,and only one where is my full faith ,he savey son recently,thankyou sir...

One of the best pediatric in the town. He very knowledgeable and experienced in his field. He communicate very nicely and explain to perants in details. My son is almost recovered from the chronic cough and Croup desease. I must recommend dr Gandhi for any prolonged and Chronic condition of your child.

It won’t be extravagant that if I say that he isn’t less than a GOD figure. Such a humble soul and knowledgeable doctor, I haven’t seen in my life. I am associated with him since past 13 years and both of my kids are healthy because of him only.
