Had to renew my review post sales from Morni. The collection was really good Mr. Makrand was really top notch on his sales job So I want to reframe my reviw here When we went for pickup my sister wanted to see more designs for her, they clearly asked are you the only one who will make the decision for which she said no my sister will accompany in half an hour by that time I can choose. They clearly refused that no you wait once she is here then only we will take you to select the pieces. Understood that their time is important they cannot keep the stuff waiting for someone tk see it later. Very busy staff. She visited somewhere else and when I personally went to collect my outfits which were purchased before they refused to open an show as they will have to pack it again like really the outfit which I have purchased the staff is saying we will have to pack it again???? Well after lot of discussion they opened the lehanga and showed it. No doubt they have a good collection but pathetic staff. Just to point out few more things which I noticed when we made a purchase I wanted to purchase 3 outfits They took me to lehanga section. Selected one lehanga then they insist to do the billing first before they take you to the other section. Then we moved to other section then the same procedure What if a person purchases 5 different outfits?? Will they do billing 5 different times When asked they clearly told this is out rule because " customer ka mann palat jata hai " I rated them 5 stars which is again the staff stands on head to ask for a review. After my pickup experience and rude behaviour I wanted to take down my positive review.

Very good shopping experience datta ji radhika ji are very kind and generous badhiya se drape karwati hain and Narendra ji is very very good buhut ache se dikhate hain sara collection patience k saath inn logon k sath experience aur bhi buhut acha ho gaya.... thankyou
