Very disappointing experience. The staff showing dresses seemed completely uninterested and even had an attitude while interacting. As customers, we are here to shop—not to deal with unnecessary tantrums. It’s our choice what we want to buy and which designs we prefer. Showing products properly is part of your job, but instead, the behavior was rude and unprofessional. Definitely not the kind of service one expects.

Worst Staff behaviour. I am generally not a critic for any showroom. Staff wants the client to select from the 4-5 pieces only. Products of range 20k to 30k needs time to be selected, but they are like this are the only options. And once you are not satisfied and ask for low price suits, their behavior is again very rude that we dont have anything below 5k. They should know how to respect customers.

We came from Ahmedabad and had a exclusive experience with Morni and especially with Virendra bhai. He made all possible efforts so that we get awesome variety and collection of suits and saree. Must recommended in Indore.

I have been a loyal customer of Morni Store for the past 5 years. My entire family and relatives have made wedding purchases from your store, and we have spent lakhs of rupees over the years. I visited your store recently to buy a saree. I was very disappointed by the rude behaviour of one of your salespersons, a bald man with a beard. His attitude was disrespectful and unprofessional, which is not expected from a reputed store like yours. As a long-term customer, I request you to look into this matter and ensure that your staff treats customers with courtesy. I hope you will take necessary action so that such incidents do not happen again.

Collection is good, however if you dont buy anything from this Shop then behavior of the staff who were showing you the stuff becomes rude. I did not had good experience at this place with one of the lady, she was forcing to buy one of the dress and when i said no after trying she got angry. Staff needs to be trained on how to treat customers.

I purchased a dress with heavy handwork on the top. Before buying it, I specifically confirmed with the salesperson that the embroidery and design would remain intact even if alterations were required. At the time of the sale, I was assured that there would be no issues. However, when I tried the dress the next day, the fitting was completely off. The cups were not positioned correctly, the handmade embroidery was misaligned, and overall the dress did not look as it was supposed to. Despite 3–4 alteration attempts, the dress still did not fit properly and the issues remained unresolved. What is even more disappointing is that instead of acknowledging the problem and trying to fix it, I was told that this is how the dress is supposed to be. This is not what I was promised at the time of purchase, and it is extremely frustrating to receive such a response after investing in an expensive outfit.

Wide and beautiful range of collection at affordable price. Very enthusiastic and cooperative sales persons. One Mr. Nihaal is a wonderful guy. This was my first purchase here and the experience was wonderful. I recommend to visit atleast once and take the benefits. Thank you.
