Complaint: I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The staff was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful towards customers. The person attending us Ram behaved in a very arrogant and careless manner. His attitude reflected a complete lack of customer service and interest in his work..

Makrand ji ek bahut hi acche aur professional salesman hain. Unka samjhane ka tareeka, vinamrata aur grahak ke prati unka vyavhaar bahut hi pasand aaya. Saree dikhane ka unka style aur patience laajawab tha. Shopping experience unki wajah se aur bhi sukhad ho gaya. Unko humari taraf se dil se 5 star rating.

Collection is good but staff only talks sweetly to you till you are buying, if next day you don't buy anything they will not even look at you and talks rude. And this thing happened twice with me. Morni is very famous old shop but don’t ruin this with such kind of attitude.

Never get your blouse stitched from their tailor, don't trust there commitment.They don't fulfil their promises, don't deliver the dresses on time and don't get the finishing done on the clothes. I had a horrible experience as a bride. They ruined my bridal blouse. They consistently ask to pay the bill first. I was trying other lehengas, they counter person came and asked to pay first. We paid the charges for alteration and they didn't do anything even the second time.

Fantastic collection, highly recommended. You can show references and they will get you pieces from their collection. Did great shopping.

They have a huge & awesome collection of ethnic wears...dresses & sarees. Very tastefully decorated showroom with cordial staff. There's no chance that you leave this showroom without purchasing anything

Updated Review post delivery of dresses: removing star due to the highly unsatisfactory alteration job done on the dresses that were brought at the store. The fitting and finishing was below par, and not fit to wear on the day of function for which we spent all the money and energy. They need to pay as much attention to the post sale services as they do when trying to make a sale. Exceptional collection and service at Morni, kanchan baag location. Special thanks and mention to Ram bhaiya, for showing us each piece with patience, calm and understanding.
