Worst experience ever!! The salespersons were very rude and aggressive I would suggest go to better places than going here or go only if you can take there taunts!

I had a great experience with Ajay prajapat bhaiya .he is extremely mature in his approach and professional. What stood out the most was his cooperative attitude- always willing to listen understand the requirements, and go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Truly one of the best sales person . Highly recommend!

The people showing dresses are not even interested to show. And gives an attitude back. We are here to buy. Not to bear their tantrum. Humari choice se hum lenge jaisi hume design chaiye. Dikhana aapka kaam h. Rather than that morni people are talking back.

Very poor after sales service & worst staff, also the quality of product is also very poor, instead of accepting they argue with the customer , not recommended to anyone .

We are happy with the whole collection. not a single saree rejected by us. Our first preference for shopping always "MORNI" and future too.... satisfied with the whole staff, specially thanks to ajay bhaiya to understands ours choice and fullfill our need .

We chose one gown that required alterations, for which they charged us extra and assured us it would be done properly. However, when we received the dress, it looked vulgar. Only buy fully ready made, they destroy dresses on alteration.

Ajay Bhai helped in getting things finalized very quickly. Their collection is excuisite.

Just a small word of advice – it’s always important to keep a humble and gentle staff. Not every customer is illiterate, and making someone feel like they are being fooled while investing their hard-earned money is not appreciated. Becoming a bride is already a very overwhelming and emotional experience, and when the staff keeps insisting on their own views while being least interested in listening to the buyer, it only makes things worse. Unfortunately, my bridal shopping experience turned out to be quite unpleasant because of this. Still, I sincerely wish you growth and success ahead. 🙏🏻
